Gyermekkori depresszió és szorongás kognitív-viselkedésterápiája |
Rendezvény kezdete: 2014.04.17. | Rendezvény vége: 2014.04.18. |
Helyszín: 1021 Budapest, Lipótmezei út 5., Vadaskert Kórház és Szakambulancia |
A rendezvény Web oldala: http://www.vadaskertalapitvany.hu/ |
Napjainkban egyre nő a depressziós és szorongásos panaszokkal küzdő gyerekek és serdülők száma, akikkel mindennapi munkánk során gyakran találkozunk. Hatékonyságvizsgálatok alapján ezeket a tüneteket a kognitív viselkedésterápiás intervenciók hatékonyan enyhítik. Két ilyen, angolból adaptált, magyarországi vizsgálatok alapján is hatékonynak talált, gyermekek és serdülők kezelésére kidolgozott terápiás program megtanulását célzó tréninget szervezünk a Vadaskert Kórházban.
A fenti terápiák előnyei: rövid időtartamúak (10-15 ülés), hatékonyak, gyermekek számára érthetőek, könnyen követhetőek; a gyermekek adaptív coping stratégiákat sajátítanak el, amelyeket a későbbiekben is alkalmazni tudnak.
A tanfolyam elméleti szemináriumokat, sajátélmény jellegű gyakorlatokat, videodemonstrációkat, szupervíziós lehetőségeket foglal magába. Mindkét programhoz tartozik egy terapeutáknak szóló kézikönyv ill. a gyermek számára készült munkafüzet, amelyet a résztvevők a helyszínen kaphatnak meg.
Előadók:
Bognár Emese – klinikai szakpszichológus
Németh Laura – klinikai szakpszichológus
Dr. Nagy Péter – gyermek-és ifjúságpszichiáter szakorvos
A képzést a Semmelweis Egyetem akkreditálta.
