Kedves Kollégák!
A Pécsi Tudományegyetem Aneszteziológiai és Intenzív Terápiás Intézete a Mediterrán Intenzíves Randevúra, a III. MIRA-ra hív minden érdeklődőt. Az első MIRA-t 4 évvel ezelőtt, 2013. szeptember végén rendeztük. Az akkor elindított rendezvénysorozattal a célunk az volt, hogy a Dél-Dunántúli Régióból és az ország összes városából a kollégákat tapasztalatcserére, továbbképzésre, kikapcsolódásra hívjuk. Azt kívántuk, hogy a MIRA tudományos programja, benne a kiváló előadásokat követő élénk és szemléletformáló viták, megbeszélések segítsék a részvevőket a napi betegellátási feladataik megoldásában.
Az aneszteziológusok és intenzívesek szinte minden más orvos szakmával együtt végzik a betegellátási feladatokat. Sőt néhány pécsi kollégánk nagyon sok oktatási feladatot vállalnak a honvédelmi, rendvédelmi illetve szimulációs oktatásban is. Ezekről az eredményeikről hallhatunk érdekes beszámolókat az idei MIRA-n, és – hagyományosan – a Pro Anaesthesia et Therapia Intensiva Quinqueecclesiensis kitüntetéseket is átadjuk. A záró szekciókban szakmai újdonságokat és tanulságos eseteket ismerhetnek meg a résztvevők.
A szervezők és a pécsi aneszteziológusok, intenzívesek szeretettel várnak minden kollégát, akik élő, gyakorlati ismereteket akarnak szerezni Pécs vendégszerető városában 2017. október 20-21-én.

Nagy szeretettel várjuk Önöket Velencén a Magyar Immunológiai Társaság 46. Vándorgyűlésére 2017. október 18-20-án ismét!
Hasonlóan az elmúlt évekhez, a rendezvény helyszíne a Hotel Velence Resort & Spa lesz, a már megszokott magas színvonalú szolgáltatásaival. A konferenciát idén is angolul rendezzük meg, ezáltal szeretnénk a rendezvény nemzetközi ismertségét, valamint fiatal kollégák számára az angol nyelven történő előadó- és vitakészség fejlesztését elősegíteni.Hagyományainknak megfelelően most is szeretnénk több külföldi előadót meghívni és a környező országok immunológusainak részvételére is számítunk.
Az idei konferencia első napjának kiemelt témája evolúciós és veleszületett immunitás lesz, a témakör külföldi meghívottjaiként Dan Hultmark (Umeå) és Angela Giangrande (Strasbourg) professzorokat kértük fel. Előadásukhoz kapcsolódva a téma hazai kutatói tartanak beszámolókat.
Természetesen várjuk a hazai immunológiai műhelyek absztraktjait előadásokra és poszter-előadásokra, a konferencia szakmai programját tematikailag összerendezve fogjuk kialakítani.
Bízunk benne, hogy idei Vándorgyűlésünk - a hagyományokhoz híven - a tartalmas szakmai programokon túl, kellemes kikapcsolódást is kínál, amelynek keretében kötetlen formában is lehetőség lesz az ismeretek kicserélésére, személyes kapcsolatok fejlesztésére.
