A tanfolyam az Oxford Mindfulness Center protokollja szerint kerül megvalósításra. A 8 hetes sajátélmény csoport az Oxford Mindfulness Center magyar nyelvre adaptált munkafüzetével és meditációs hanganyagával dolgozik, melyet a csoporttagok megkapnak. A sajátélmény kurzus elengedhetetlen része, hogy a csoporttag lehetőleg mind a 8 alkalmon személyesen részt tudjon venni, illetve vállalja, hogy a 8 hét alatt napi 40-60 percet önállóan gyakorol. Az MBCT sajátélmény remek kiegészítése az egyéni terápiás munkának és más sajátélmény megtapasztalásnak is.

We are happy to inform you that we will be hosting a live conference in Budapest in 2019. The theme of this year's debate is "Trowel is the latest innovation in the latest patient care techniques", which provides an international space for discussing current and future challenges. Surgical interventions include fast keynote presentations, oral discussions and exhibitions. The Frontiers in Immunology Research Network (FIRN) invites you to
participate in its 2013 Conference to be held in Monte Carlo, Monaco, at the
Novotel Hotel, July 1-4.
The conference welcomes researchers from academia, corporations, governments and other organizations. Participants may present
their research findings, display their posters, participate in roundtables or simply observe. Subject to your approval, submitted manuscripts will be considered for possible publication in the International Journal of Immunological Studies.
To participate as a PRESENTER please submit via email and post ABSTRACTS and/or brief descriptions of POSTERS (of no more than 200 words) along with your complete details by March 30th, 2013 as follows:
