A SZAB Hypertonia és Nephrologiai Munkabizottsága online megszervezi a Szegedi Nephrologiai Klinikopathológiai Esetbemutatások 39. évfolyamának 4. ülését, melyre tisztelettel meghívjuk.
Három esetet fogunk prezentálni:
1. 66 éves férfi. 2-es típusú diabétesze 8 éve ismert. Fönnáll diabéteszes retinopátia. Két éve ismert a mikrohematúria (cisztoszkópia negatív). Az eGFR 8 hónappal korábban 61 ml/min/tf., a Bx időpontjában 15 ml/min. Pozitív pANCA. (klinikum: Prof. Kovács László és Dr. Bitó László, szövettan: Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
2. 50 éves férfi. Nefrózis szindróma, a proteinuria 18,1 g/nap értéket ért el. Az ödéma a Bx időpontjában egy hónapja állt fenn. (klinikum: Dr. Bitó László, szövettan: Prof. Iványi Béla).
3. 47 éves nő. Bx időpontjában 16 hónapja észlelt vesetünetek. Csökkent vesefunkció (eGFR 43 ml/min/tf), mikrohematúria, nefrózis szindróma. C3, C4 normális; dsDNA-negatív. 4-5 éve ismert hipertónia. Utóbbi években szándékosan fogyott 40 kg-t; a BMI a Bx idején 36,7 kg/m2. Anamnézisben hipotireózis, sarkoidózis.

2. eset: 63 éves férfi, biopszia: 2021. július (klinikum: Dr. Hutkai Dávid, szövettan: Dr. Bidiga László).
3. eset: 59 éves nő, biopszia: 2021. május (klinikum: Dr. Markóth Csilla, szövettan: Dr. Bidiga László).
A tudományos ülés akkreditációja megtörtént, belgyógyászat, csecsemő- és gyermekgyógyászat, háziorvostan, nefrológia, patológia és reumatológia szakképesítésekhez szakma szerinti pontszámként elszámolható. A továbbképzési pontokat (egységesen 2 pont) előzetes OFTEX regisztrációt követően az ülés alatt elküldött adatokkal (teljes név és pecsétszám) tudjuk jóváírni.
