Tisztelt Kollégák!
A Debreceni Egyetem Orvos-és Egészségtudományi Centruma 20 esztendővel ezelőtt döntött úgy, hogy június 1.-i hatállyal az AITK égisze alatt egységesíti az aneszteziológiai és intenzív terápiás ellátást. Legalább annyira történelmi lépés volt ez akkor mindannyiunk és a szakmánk számára is, mint az 1999-ben Uray Professzor asszony vezetése alatt létrejött tanszékünk. Az idei DAN tehát részben azt ünnepli, hogy 20 éve egységesítettük az aneszteziológiai és intenzív ellátást, másrészt alkalmat teremt arra is, hogy visszatekintsünk arra a fejlődésre, amit az elmúlt két évtizedben elértünk. Az idei évünk különleges további ajándéka, hogy az egységesített ellátás újabb lépéseként a Kenézy Kórház aneszteziológusai is a klinikánkhoz integrálódtak.
Az ilyen ünnepi pillanatok mindig lehetőséget nyújtanak arra, hogy elismerésünket és köszönetünket fejezzük ki azoknak, akik jelentős mértékben támogatták a szakma helyi és regionális fejlődését. A Pro Anaesthesia Debreceniensi Díszoklevél egyik idei kitüntetettje éppen ezért Prof. Dr. Szabó Zoltán, a Klinikai Központ elnöke, akinek meghatározó szerepe volt az integráció létrejöttében. A hagyomány szerint egy külsős, nem a régióból származó kitüntetettünk is lesz, ő pedig Hupuczi Petronella tanárnő, aki évtizedek óta jelentős mértékben támogatja a szülészeti és nőgyógyászati aneszteziológiai fejlődést intézetünkben.
Munkatársaimmal azt gondoltuk, hogy az évfordulós ünnepléshez különleges helyszín és a szokásosnál is tartalmasabb program dukál.
Konferenciánk idei helyszíne a Debreceni Egyetem impozáns főépületének Aulája lesz. A programban a szokásos módon megpróbáltunk a szakmánkat nemzetközi szinten is leginkább foglalkoztató témákat kiválasztani: az általános aneszteziológiai és intenzív terápiás témák mellett az idei fókuszunkban a trauma ellátás mellett az intenzív osztályos táplálás, az érsebészeti ellátás és a neurointenzív ellátás lesz. Nagy tapasztalatú, neves hazai és nemzetközi előadók járulnak hozzá, hogy új ismeretekkel legyünk gazdagabbak.
Az elméleti előadások mellett idén is számos, szigorúan a gyakorlatra hangsúlyt helyező 6 kurzussal csalogatjuk az érdeklődőket: a nehéz légúttal, az agyhalál diagnosztikával és donációval, az intenzív osztályos szervpótló kezeléssel, a viszkoelasztikus tesztek a szokványosnál is gyakorlatibb központú alkalmazásával, az ultrahanggal, a neuromuszkuláris monitorozással kapcsolatos gyakorlati kurzusaink mind azt szolgálják, hogy a résztvevők minél jobban hasznosítható gyakorlati tudással távozzanak.
Ahogy minden évben, idén is a szokásos kelet-magyarországi vendégszeretettel várjuk az érdeklődő tisztelt kollégákat!

We want to get your attention to the Austrian Symposium on Dialysis Access and Central Venous Catheters which will take place for the 5th time in Vienna 5th-6th of December 2025.
It is an interdisciplinary, multiprofessional meeting where all dialysis-relevant stakeholders (nephrology, shunt surgery, dialysis care, radiology, patients, industry) meet. It is therefore an unprecedented opportunity to get to know state of the art treatment/diagnostic methods as well as innovations on this field.
After all 4 previous symposia were very well received with over 200 participants each, we have decided to continue organizing this meeting. This year, we also decided to open the symposium to more neighboring countries besides Germany, Italy and Switzerland to give more colleagues the opportunity to be part of this meeting as a multiprofessional access platform with excellent international speakers and many training programs. This is one of the very few meetings worldwide offering such masterclasses.

The proven concept of the 2-day conference will be retained: The scientific sessions with lectures by world-renowned experts will take place on the first day (05.12.2025) at the Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Vienna Schönbrunn. On the second day of the congress (December 6, 2025), we will offer several master classes/“hands-on” workshops on various topics, which will take place either in the congress hotel or at the Anatomical Institute of the Medical University of Vienna, as these are courses on human specimens.
To be in Vienna during the Advent season will be even more special due to our venue location next to Schönbrunn allowing visits at the beautiful Christmas market before or after the meeting.
Please be aware that most of the talks on the 1st day are in German (see program), but the workshops and masterclasses are mainly independent of language - based on their training/hands-on character and our international tutors.
Slots are limited on both days and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
