The Congress will be held in Aegli Zappiou (www.aeglizappiou.gr) in the heart of Athens Royal Gardens, right at the city center. Aegli Zappiou is located at the center of Athens, close to the Kalimarmaro Stadium and the national gardens, and next to the columns of the Olympian Zeus Temple and is overlooked by the Acropolis hill.
The access to Aegli Zappiou could not be easier. Aegli Zappiou is approachable by all means of transportation, while there is also a private parking area with an entrance from Vasilissis Olgas Avenue. To reach the hotel by METRO You will board the Metro from the Airport's Station and get off at Syntagma Station. The approximate time from the Athens International Airport to the Hotel is 30 minutes.

A konferencia elnöke Dr. Varró András Professzor Úr, a Szegedi Tudományegyetem Általános Orvostudományi Kar Farmakológiai és Farmakoterápiai Intézetének igazgatója, az IACS európai szekciójának elnöke.
A tudományos bizottság elnöke Dr. Végh Ágnes Professzor Asszony, a konferencia szervező bizottságának elnökei Dr. Baczkó István egyetemi docens és Dr. Jost Norbert tudományos főmunkatárs, mindhárman az SZTE ÁOK Farmakológiai és Farmakoterápiai Intézet munkatársai.
A regisztrációs díj az MKT tagjai részére 150 euro, nem tagoknak 300 euro.
A regisztrációs díj fedezi a tudományos előadásokon, poszter szekciókon, a kiránduláson való részvételt, valamint a kongresszusi étkezési költségeket (ebéd, vacsora, kávészünetek).
A konferencia nyelve angol. A konferencián a meghívott előadók mellett a regisztrált résztvevők poszter prezentáció formájában mutathatják be eredményeiket.

Kérjük, hogy az e-mail tárgy sorban tüntessék fel az „IACS absztrakt – első szerző neve” szöveget a gyorsabb és hatékonyabb feldolgozásérdekében. Beadási határidő: 2014. július 15.
Az absztraktok elkészítésénél a következő formai követelményeket kérjük szem előtt tartani:
- Microsoft Word kompatibilis file formátumot, A4-es papírméretet, „Times” betűtípust, 12-es betűméretet használjanak.
- A cím után új sorban a szerzőket sorolják fel, első szerzőként a posztert prezentáló szerzőt tüntessék fel.
- Ezt kövesse a szerzők munkahelye.
- Az absztrakt szövege maximálisan 300 szóból állhat.
A konferencia tudományos programja a következő kutatási témákat öleli fel:
- Sport és hirtelen szívhalál
- Fizikai aktivitás és kardiovaszkuláris betegségek
- Fiziológiás és patológiás szívizom adaptáció; a sejthalál és a sejtek túlélésének mechanizmusai
- Kardiovaszkuláris rendszer gén expresszió és szabályozási mechanizmusai
- Sport és kardioprotekció
- A szív-érrendszeri betegségek genetikai aspektusai
- Sejt interakciók
- Koronária angiogenezis
- Gyógyszeres terápia és mellékhatások; a szív-érrendszeri betegségek kezelésének új megközelítései |

We cordially invite you to join or ask you registrars to join the 23rd European Course in Plastic Surgery to be held on 7-9 October 2014 in Scandic Park Helsinki, Finland.
A comprehensive programme has been assembled, which will be presented by a well-selected, distinguished and international scientific faculty.
The scientific topics of the course comprise the entire spectrum of plastic surgery including new ideas and aspects. The course is intended for plastic surgeons and residents in training, who wish to improve their knowledge, patients outcomes and satisfaction. Applications are being considered for the 2007 examination to be held in Madrid, Spain on 9th & 10th November.
Eligibility to sit the EBOPRAS examination
To be eligible to sit the exam, candidates must meet the following criteria regarding nationality and specialist status:
Nationality: Candidates must be citizens of an EU member state or a full or associate member country of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS) (website: www.uems.net).
Specialist status: Candidates must be registered specialists in Plastic Surgery in either an EU member state or a full or associate member country of the UEMS.
Trainees: As a concession, trainees in their final year of plastic surgical training in an EU/UEMS country may sit the examination provided they have met all other requirements for eligibility for specialist status in that country (e.g. national examination). However, the diploma cannot be awarded until they have achieved specialist status in plastic surgery in that country.
Future examination venues:
• 2008 – Zagreb, Croatia
• 2009 – Aachen, Germany
Candidates are therefore advised to apply early. As at 14th March 2007, 32 candidates have applied, and 14 of them have completed the application process and been accepted. |
