Kedves Kollégák!
Az Eurotransplanthoz való csatlakozásunk új lehetőségeket, de új kihívásokat is teremtett. Nemzetközi csapat tagjai lettünk és a tudomány fősodrásában is nemzetközi standardoknak kell megfelelnünk. Az európai pályán is helye van az innovatív szemléletnek, a témák újszerű megközelítésének. Ennek szellemében, a hazai transzplantációs szakemberek hagyományos tudományos találkozóját az idén „Új távlatok, új lehetőségek a szervátültetésben” címmel rendezzük meg.
Szeretettel hívom és várom a kollégákat a transzplantáció lehető legteljesebb körű, minél több nézőpontból való megvilágítására, hatékony közös gondolkodásra és tudományos eszmecserére. Remélem, hogy a rendezvényünknek helyet adó kellemes környezet a szakmaiságon túl tartalmas baráti beszélgetésekre, pihenésre és kikapcsolódásra is kiváló hátteret biztosít.

A SZAB Hypertonia és Nephrologiai Munkabizottsága nephrológiai klinikopathológiai esetbemutatást szervez, melyre tisztelettel meghívjuk.
Három esetet fogunk prezentálni:
1. Egy 75 éves, kezdetben krónikus veseelégtelenségnek, periodikus uroinfectioknak, időskori RA-nak tűnő, majd 4 év múlva gyors progressziójú nephritis syndroma klinikai képét mutató nőbeteg esetét (referáló: Dr. Letoha Annamária, Prof. Dr. Iványi Béla)
2. egy 59 éves nephrosis syndromás nőbeteg esetét, aki exitált (referáló: Dr. Seres Zsuzsanna, Prof. Dr. Iványi Béla)
3. és egy 41 éves obes, hypertóniás, veseelégtelen, nem nephroticus mértékű proteinuriás nőbeteg esetét (referáló: Dr. Constantinou Kypros, Prof. Dr. Kemény Éva).

Az alábbiakban az UEMS Nephrologiai Szekciójának tájékoztatását olvashatják az Európai Nephrológiai Jártassági Tanúsítvány megszerzésének lehetőségéről.
A következő vizsga időpontja: 2020. február 26.
A vizsgára jelentkezés ideje: 2019. november 6-tól december 4-ig.

Dear Colleagues,
As you know, during last years the UEMS Renal Section and Boards has done a great effort to promote "The European Certificate in Nephrology".
After three successful diets of the European Certificate in Nephrology (ECN) exam, the UEMS Renal Section is delighted to announce an exciting new development. Following regulatory approval from the General Medical Council in the UK, a new unified exam in conjunction with the RCPUK Specialty Certificate Exam has been established. The new European Specialty Exam in nephrology (ESENeph) exam, which will replace the ECN will have similar curriculum, content and format to the ECN. The application period for the new exam, which will be held on 26th February 2020, is between the 6th November 2019 and 4th December 2019. We would encourage all trainees in Nephrology to test their knowledge of the specialty by taking the exam, which is largely based around practical clinical issues.
We encourage the National Societies to facilitate young nephrologists to seat the exam. I enclose the PDF of the UEMS Renal Section paper published which summarize several aspects related with the exam since the first edition.
