MEGHÍVÓ a Magyar Transzplantációs Társaság (székhely: 1082 Budapest, Baross u. 23.) Rendkívüli Közgyűlésére
Tisztelt Magyar Transzplantációs Társasági Tagtársunk!
A Magyar Transzplantációs Társaság Elnöksége és Vezetősége kiemelt feladatának tekinti, hogy a Társaság törvényesen, jogszerűen működjék.
A 2014. március 15-én hatályba lépett új Polgári Törvénykönyv (2013. évi V. tv.) kapcsán szükségessé vált az Alapszabály több elemének módosítása. Az egyesület 2016. március 15. napját követően csak az új Ptk. rendelkezéseinek megfelelő Alapszabály alapján és az új Ptk. rendelkezéseinek megfelelően működhet. Az MTT 2016. február 23-i Rendkívüli Közgyűlésén elfogadtuk a módosított Alapszabályt, melyet Dr. Csabai Virginia ügyvédnő, az MTT jogi képviselője beterjesztett a Fővárosi Törvényszékhez.
A Fővárosi Törvényszék több pontban módosítási javaslatokat tett, melyeket Dr. Csabai Virginia ügyvédnő beépített a javított Alapszabályba. A módosítások szinte kizárólag jogi jellegűek.
Az Alapszabály módosítását a Közgyűlésnek kell jóváhagynia. A sürgető határidők (szeptember 12-ig kapott az MTT halasztást a Törvényszéktől) miatt az Elnökség Rendkívüli Közgyűlést hív össze az alábbiak szerint:

A rendkívüli Közgyűlés ideje: 2016. szeptember 7. szerda 14 óra
Amennyiben a Közgyűlés nem lenne határozatképes, a megismételt rendkívüli Közgyűlés időpontja: 2016. szeptember 7. szerda 15 óra, a helyszín ugyanaz.

1. Elnöki megnyitó
2. A Rendkívüli Közgyűlés tisztségviselőinek megválasztása
3. A javított Alapszabály ismertetése
4. Szavazás a javított Alapszabály elfogadásáról
