Kedves Kollégák!
Az emésztőrendszeri betegségek kérdései az utóbbi években az orvosi szakma érdeklődésének előterébe kerültek. A fokozott figyelem okai között kétségtelenül az emésztőrendszeri beteg-ségekben szenvedők növekvő száma és az ismeretek szakadatlan bővülése a legfontosabbak. A diagnosztikus eljárások fejlődése, új patofiziológiai összefüggések felismerése, a kezelési módok újabb lehetőségeinek térhódítása, szemléletbeli változások és eltérő hangsúlyok megjelenése egyaránt indokolják a jelenlegi ismeretek összefoglalását és közreadását.
A Semmelweis Egyetem XVII. Gasztroenterológiai Továbbképző Tanfolyama 2017-ben ismét a gasztroenterológia legújabb eredményeinek bemutatására vállalkozik, a kongresszus résztvevői számára átfogó ismereteket nyújtva az emésztőrendszeri betegségek legfontosabb gyakorlati kérdéseiről. A tudományos ülés új ismereteket kínál az alapellátásban, az emésztőrendszeri betegségekkel foglalkozó szakellátásban dolgozó kollégáknak, a szakorvos jelölteknek és az egyetemi Doktori Iskola hallgatóinak egyaránt.
Őszintén reméljük, hogy a tanfolyam előadásait valamennyi részt-vevő tanulságosnak ítéli majd, és az ismereteket a mindennapi gyakorlatban hasznosítani is tudja.

Felhívjuk a figyelmet a Budapesten 2017. február 8-10. között megrendezésre kerülő Európai Endokrin Társaság alapkutatási posztgraduális továbbképző tanfolyamára (http://www.esebasic2017.com). Korlátozott számban még lehet rá jelentkezni.
Ismételten felhívjuk tagjaink figyelmét, hogy az Európai Endokrinológiai Társaság tagdíjait 2017-tól jelentősen csökkentették azoknak, akik tagjai egy nemzeti endokrinológiai társaságnak, így a MEAT tagokét is. Az ESE-tagság legnagyobb előnye, hogy a kongresszusokon és a továbbképző tanfolyamokon kedvezményes részvételi díjat alkalmaznak és ezen felül a kongresszusi részvétel, utazás stb. támogatására is lehet pályázni. A 2017-es tagdíj különösen kedvezményes a PhD hallgatóknak (10 EURO) ill. a 35 év alattiaknak (20 EURO). Az aktív dolgozó ESE tagok 2017. évi csökkentett tagdíja 55 EURO (korábban 80 EURO volt).
