A tanfolyam az Oxford Mindfulness Center protokollja szerint kerül megvalósításra. A 8 hetes sajátélmény csoport az Oxford Mindfulness Center magyar nyelvre adaptált munkafüzetével és meditációs hanganyagával dolgozik, melyet a csoporttagok megkapnak. A sajátélmény kurzus elengedhetetlen része, hogy a csoporttag lehetőleg mind a 8 alkalmon személyesen részt tudjon venni, illetve vállalja, hogy a 8 hét alatt napi 40-60 percet önállóan gyakorol. Az MBCT sajátélmény remek kiegészítése az egyéni terápiás munkának és más sajátélmény megtapasztalásnak is.

We are happy to inform you that we will be hosting a live conference in Budapest in 2019. The theme of this year's debate is "Trowel is the latest innovation in the latest patient care techniques", which provides an international space for discussing current and future challenges. At the conclusion of this symposium, participants should be able to discuss the clinical decision making and current techniques for various aesthetic surgery procedures including: forehead and temporal lifting, orbital and periorbital rejuvenation, face and neck rejuvenation, breast surgery, body contouring after massive weight loss, and cosmetic medicine. Participants should also be able to explain safety considerations and how to avoid and manage complications and optimize results for these procedures. In addition, participants should be able to describe long-term results, benefits, and risks associated with these aesthetic surgery procedures.
