A tanfolyam az Oxford Mindfulness Center protokollja szerint kerül megvalósításra. A 8 hetes sajátélmény csoport az Oxford Mindfulness Center magyar nyelvre adaptált munkafüzetével és meditációs hanganyagával dolgozik, melyet a csoporttagok megkapnak. A sajátélmény kurzus elengedhetetlen része, hogy a csoporttag lehetőleg mind a 8 alkalmon személyesen részt tudjon venni, illetve vállalja, hogy a 8 hét alatt napi 40-60 percet önállóan gyakorol. Az MBCT sajátélmény remek kiegészítése az egyéni terápiás munkának és más sajátélmény megtapasztalásnak is.

We are happy to inform you that we will be hosting a live conference in Budapest in 2019. The theme of this year's debate is "Trowel is the latest innovation in the latest patient care techniques", which provides an international space for discussing current and future challenges. Surgical interventions include fast keynote presentations, oral discussions and exhibitions. Also this year the ERA-EDTA will award 90 travel grants to the authors of the highest scoring abstracts in the various categories to attend the 2021 ERA-EDTA Congress free of charge. If you are between 29 and 40 years old, don’t forget to fill in your application for this grant during the abstract submission.
