A SZAB Hypertonia és Nephrologiai Munkabizottsága online megszervezi a Szegedi Nephrológiai Klinikopathológiai Esetbemutatások 38. évfolyamának 3. ülését, melyre

Három esetet fogunk prezentálni:

2. 24 éves férfi. Bx 2020. december. (klinikum: Dr. habil. Balog Attila és Dr. Bitó László, szövettan: Prof. Iványi Béla / Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
3. 32 éves nő. Bx 2003. (klinikum: Prof. Kovács László - Dr. habil. Légrády Péter, szövettan: Prof. Iványi Béla / Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).

Kedves Kollégák!
A Magyar Gyermekorvosok Társaságának vezetősége 2020. december 16-án 14.00-16.00 óra között tartja évzáró ülését, és annak keretei között a Schöpf-Merei- és Bókay-díjak ünnepélyes átadását, amelyre a tagságot ezúton sok szeretettel meghívjuk.
A koronavírus-járvány miatt az idei évben rendezvényeinket, nívós díjaink átadását el kellett halasztanunk. A mostani, a virtuális térbe áthelyezett adventi eseményünk azonban alkalmat teremt arra, hogy értékeljük, áttekintsük az évet, megköszönjük a teljes tagság áldozatos, embert próbáló munkáját, és kitüntessük a díjazottakat.

A motivációs interjú módszere a kognitív disszonancia elméletén alapul. Amikor egy személynek egymásnak ellentmondó elképzelései vannak, ez disszonanciát okoz benne, és az a jellemző, hogy megpróbálja ezt a belső konfliktust megoldani az egyik vagy a másik irány választásával. A motivációs interjúban arra törekszünk, hogy segítsünk a páciensnek abban, hogy ezeket a tényeket valóban megvizsgálja, ugyanakkor feltárjuk a belső értékrendjét, hogy ilyen módon előhívjuk és felerősítsük benne a késztetést a változásra.
A workshop során érintett témák:
A motivációs interjú alapjai, elméleti háttere, kapcsolódása más viselkedésváltozást segítő
módszerekhez.
A motivációs interjú módszerei a bevonás folyamatában.
A motivációs interjú módszerei a fókuszálás folyamatában.
A motivációs interjú a motiváció erősítésének folyamatában. A motivációs interjú eszközei a
változás beszéd kiváltása és a változás elleni beszéd és ellenállás megjelenésekor.
A motivációs interjú a tervezés folyamatában.
A motivációs interjú és kombinálása más megközelítésekkel.
A képzés célja a motivációs interjú alkalmazásának megismerése, az ismeretek elmélyítése. |

STEM CELL - Stem Cell research based on the adult cells is making some great progress in several important areas of medicine. On the other end of the spectrum, several practitioners will demonstrate application of PRP stem cells in the aesthetic medicine and orthopedic medicine, especially repair of knee damage. Dr. John Wong will bring together the two poles as someone who heads a biotechnology corporationMoraga Biotech and keeps in focus the research, the development and commercial delivery of a high-tech product.
WORKSHOPS - Practical, hands-on workshops give medical practitioners an opportunity to improve their knowledge and refine their therapeutic skills while learning from the leading practitioners.

This year’s Forum will bring together leading nephrologist, patient representatives and MEPs to explore the question ‘Sustainable Kidney Care: Is it possible?’ Our aim is to draw focus on affordable and efficient CKD care, and will culminate with Recommendations for Sustainable Kidney Care in the EU.
