Tisztelt Kollégák!
2025. június 12-14. között a Pécsi Tudományegyetem Klinikai Központja lesz a házigazdája az Egészségügyi Szakdolgozók LV. Országos kongresszusának, melynek mottója:
„Az egészségügy jövője a Múlt tükrében, Innováció és fejlődés”.
Magyarország első, 1367-ben Pécsett alapított egyeteme méltó képviselője mindazoknak az értékeknek, amelyeket a kongresszus mottója magában hordoz.
Egyetemünk tradíciói és jeles képviselői arra tanítanak bennünket, hogy az innováció és a fejlődés elengedhetetlen a korszerű betegellátáshoz. A jövőt a jelenben írjuk, melyre nagy hatással van a múltunk. A kongresszus lehetőséget ad a hagyományokon és értékeken alapuló szakmaiság, XXI. századi igényekkel való találkozásának bemutatására.
A tradicionális értékrend képviselete, az odafigyelés, segíteni akarás, empátia mellett a technikai újdonságok, digitalizáció, mesterséges intelligencia térhódítása szerves részévé vált a szakdolgozók életének.

A konferencia tervezett témái:
· Értékek és hagyományok a XXI. század egészségügyi ellátásában.
· Innováció az egészségügyi szakdolgozó szemszögéből.
· Az egészségügyi szakdolgozói képzés jelene és jövője. A humánerőforrás biztosítás kihívásai.
· Szóval és tettel, kommunikáció az egészségügyi ellátás során - generációs különbségek, kommunikációs akadályok.
· Etikai, jogi dilemmák a betegellátás során.
· Betegbiztonság, biztonságos betegellátás.
· Szabadon választható téma.

Az alábbiakban az UEMS Nephrologiai Szekciójának tájékoztatását olvashatják az Európai Nephrológiai Jártassági Tanúsítvány megszerzésének lehetőségéről.
A következő vizsga időpontja: 2020. február 26.
A vizsgára jelentkezés ideje: 2019. november 6-tól december 4-ig.

Dear Colleagues,
As you know, during last years the UEMS Renal Section and Boards has done a great effort to promote "The European Certificate in Nephrology".
After three successful diets of the European Certificate in Nephrology (ECN) exam, the UEMS Renal Section is delighted to announce an exciting new development. Following regulatory approval from the General Medical Council in the UK, a new unified exam in conjunction with the RCPUK Specialty Certificate Exam has been established. The new European Specialty Exam in nephrology (ESENeph) exam, which will replace the ECN will have similar curriculum, content and format to the ECN. The application period for the new exam, which will be held on 26th February 2020, is between the 6th November 2019 and 4th December 2019. We would encourage all trainees in Nephrology to test their knowledge of the specialty by taking the exam, which is largely based around practical clinical issues.
We encourage the National Societies to facilitate young nephrologists to seat the exam. I enclose the PDF of the UEMS Renal Section paper published which summarize several aspects related with the exam since the first edition.
