Kedves Kollégák!
A hyperthermiás intraperitonealis chemoterápia (HIPEC) ma már nem számít új eljárásnak. Jóllehet a beavatkozást Sugarbaker professzor a múlt évezred végén kifejlesztette, mégis viszonylag kevés helyen végzik, országunkban is sokáig egyedül a Jósa András Kórházban történtek ilyen műtéteket. Ennek oka többrétű. Egyrészről biztosan szerepet játszik benne, hogy rendkívül komplex sebészeti technikát igényel mely ennél fogva nem mentes a szövődmények lehetőségétől. Kihívást jelent a társszakmák -anaesthesiológia, intenzív terápia, pathológia - számára is. Másrészről azonban az eljárásnak meg kell küzdenie az őt övező szkepticizmussal. A hashártyán terjedő daganatok kórjóslata általában rendkívül rossz. A klinikai onkológia ugyanakkor egyre újabb és újabb szisztémás terápiás lehetőségeket vonultat fel. Nem mindig egyszerű feladat kiválasztani azokat a betegeket, akik profitálhatnak a cytoreduktív sebészet (CRS) HIPEC-kel kombinált formájából, illetve időben meghozni a megfelelő döntést a beteg kezelési tervét illetően.
Mégis mostanra már 4 magyarországi centrumban végzünk CRS+HIPEC műtéteket. Ezért gondoljuk időszerűnek hogy beszéljünk róla. A kérdés nem csak sebészeti jellegű, ezért tudományos ülésünkön igyekszünk több oldalról körbejárni a problémát. Új pathológiai fogalmakkal ismerkedhetünk meg, átgondolhatjuk milyen kihívást jelent a CRS+HIPEC az anaesthesiológus számára a műtőben illetve az intenzív osztályon. Beszélünk a betegszelekcióról, érintünk onkológiai kérdéseket és igyekszünk áttekinteni az elért és elérhető
eredményeket. Tudományos ülésünket így multidiszciplináris formában rendezzük, várjuk nemcsak a sebészek, hanem az onkológusok, nőgyógyászok, pathológusok, anaesthesiológusok részvételét is. A programot Antonio Sommariva előadásai színesítik, aki az egyik legnagyobb olasz HIPEC központ vezető sebésze.

A közgyűlés határozatképességéhez a tagok 50%-a +1 fő jelenléte szükséges. Amennyiben a fenti időpontban a közgyűlés nem lenne határozatképes, akkor a jogszabályok értelmében azonos napirenddel újra össze kell hívni. Ennek értelmében a - szükség esetén - megismételt közgyűlést 2023. november 24-én 18.00 órára hívjuk össze a fenti helyszínre. A megismételt közgyűlés a megjelentek létszámától függetlenül határozatképes.
