Ez az amerikai ASBMR mellett a világ legjelentősebb kalcium- és csontanyagcsere konferenciája, kimagaslóan jó tudományos programmal.
Tekintettel Bécs közelségére, esetleg több magyar kollégát is érdekelhet a részvétel.

| The scientific programme has been designed to enable participants to enhance their knowledge of diseases of bone, basic bone biology and its correlation to mineral metabolism, as well as developing a clearer understanding of the interrelationship between basic research and clinical applications. | The 18th ESC will provide you with the best of science in all aspects of stroke including translational research from bench to bedside and backwards. The educational full first day will be of utmost importance with increasing numbers of teaching courses and the new programme for nurses and AHPs, first established in Glasgow 2007. A series of oral and poster presentations will update the most recent original research worldwide, along with educational mini-symposia and scientific symposia. 5. International meeting on "HUS & related disorders" will be held in Innsbruck-Igls, July 12-14, 2015.
Topics: At this meeting we would like to discuss with international colleagues the different facettes (genetics, pathophysiology, diagnostics, clinical courses, therapies) of hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS). In 2011 the typical HUS got quite some attention due to the EHEC O104:H4 outbreak in Northern Germany. However, other forms of HUS share similar features which will be discussed at this meeting. Eleven European experts have accepted our invitation to present their data and conclusions, plus eight from overseas (US, CA, IN, JP).
