Az emlőrák korszerű kezelése ma már csak team-munka (onkológus, radiológus, pathológus, emlősebész, plasztikai sebész, radiotherapeuta, genetikus, pszichológus) során képzelhető el. Ez több szakma együttműködését jelenti, melynek során közösen kidolgozott elvekhez tartva magunkat, minden esetben egyénre szabottan kell kiválasztanunk a beteg számára legalkalmasabb onkosebészeti, plasztikai sebészeti megoldást. Ha lehetőség van emlőmegtartó műtétre, vagy azonnali emlő-helyreállításra, jogos igényként merülhet fel a betegben a torzító műtéti megoldások elkerülése.
Ezen megoldásokat széles szakmai körben folytatott viták során szükséges megismerni, kielemezni, saját és mások tapasztalatait egymással megosztani.

A Magyar Belgyógyász Társaság 2008. november 20-22. között rendezi éves Nagygyűlését, melyre tisztelettel hívjuk és várjuk kollégáinkat.

A Nagygyűlés előadásainak összeállításánál az eddigi hagyományokat követjük és fő témaként olyan témaköröket jelöltünk meg, amelyekben az utóbbi időben szemléletváltozás következett be, illetve amelyek már régen nem szerepeltek összefoglaló előadással Nagygyűlésünk programjában. Ezen kívül a szakmapolitika legaktuálisabb kérdéseinek bemutatására is sor kerül.
A plenáris ülések mellett ez alkalommal is sor kerül szatellita szimpóziumokra, szabadelőadásokra és poszterbemutatókra, valamint a családorvosok fórumára.

ABSTRACTS
Abstracts on all aspects of psoriasis are invited for consideration by the Scientific Committee. Abstracts will be presented in either oral or poster sessions. The deadline for the submission of abstracts is Tuesday 1st August 2017. This deadline will be strictly adhered to and any abstracts submitted after this date will not be considered. Abstracts can be submitted online only. Authors will be notified of the outcome approximately three weeks after the deadline.

It is our pleasure to announce the CME course "Renal disease in obesity and diabetes >>.
Advances in pathogenesis and therapeutics" which will take place in Lisbon, Portugal, November 24 and 25, 2017. This CME is an initiative of DIABESITY, a working group of the ERA-EDTA.

The Annual Meeting of the ÖGAI is the most important gathering of up to 300 basic and translational researchers and physicians from all over Austria to discuss their most recent findings.
This years' meeting will take place in Vienna and the scientific program covers basic and clinical immunology, infectious diseases, immune therapies as well as basic and clinical allergology. These topics will not only be addressed by outstanding international speakers but also by young scientists who will have the opportunity to present and discuss their work in oral and poster presentations, since supporting young talents is one of the main issues of this society.
As main topic we have chosen "Immunotherapy" and renowned international speakers will address this topic in key lectures from different angels.
