A tanfolyam a Semmelweis Egyetem által SE-TK/2020.I./00215 kódszámon akkreditált szabadon választható továbbképző tanfolyam, amelynek kreditpont értéke orvosok számára, tesztírással 32 pont.
Szakképesítések, amelyekhez szakma szerinti pontszámként elszámolható: 1. belgyógyászat; 2. foglalkozásegészségügy; 3. geriátria; 4. gerontológia; 5. háziorvostan.
Köszöntő:
Napjainkban egyre emelkedik az életkor felső határa, az idős populáció számaránya világszerte nő és az egészségügyi ellátás jelentős részét az idősek kezelésére fordítják. A világ 6,8 milliárd lakosa közül 600 millió 60 évnél idősebb és számuk az előrejelzések szerint 2050-re kétmilliárdra nő. A hazai népességünk közel egyötödét kitevő idős, vagyis a 65 év feletti korosztály ellátásában minden szakterületen dolgozó kolléga aktív szerepet játszik.
A fiatalok és felnőtt középkorúak ellátását biztosító tudásunk csak részlegesen alkalmazható az idős betegek kezelése, a kórállapotokra utaló tünetek gyakran megváltoznak, egyidejűleg számos progrediáló, krónikus betegség alakul ki, melyek összetett gyógyszerelést igényelnek. Figyelembe kell vennünk a nemkívánatos gyógyszer mellékhatásokat, kölcsönhatásokat, a gyakran romló beteg együttműködési képességet.
2020. március 20-21. között harmadik alkalommal szervezzük meg az Időskorú betegek ellátása továbbképzést a Hotel Héliában Budapesten.
A továbbképzésen az idei konferencián részt vevő kollégák által javasolt témakörökkel is foglalkozunk (szívelégtelenség, alvási apnoe, diabetes, korszerű sebkezelés, hiperaktív hólyag, pajzsmirigy betegségek, szexualitás idős korban) emellett lipidológia, hipertonológia, onkológia és gasztroenterológia a kongresszus kiemelt témái.
Az előadások valóban gyakorlatorientáltak lesznek és nem marad el a témával kapcsolatos kérdések megtárgyalása sem.

| Két napos, rezidenseknek, aneszteziológusoknak szóló akkreditált tanfolyam. A tanfolyam maximális létszáma 40 fő. A tanfolyam célja, hogy hallgatóink megismerkedjenek az - országban egyre terjedő, de nyugati szomszédjainkhoz képest még jelentős lemaradást mutató - ultrahang működésével, aneszteziológiai-intenzív terápiás használatával. Az ultrahang alapismereti tanfolyam bekerült a szakorvos képzésbe, így felöleli az ultrahang fizikai alapjait, áttekintést ad a regionális anesztéziai felhasználási lehetőségektől az intenzív terápiás mellkasi-, hasi ágymelletti diagnosztikáig, a TCD, az alapvető érkanülálási technikáktól az egyszerű kardiológiai vizsgálatokig. Online aktivitás mérés, interaktív teszt. A tanfolyamon modelleken mutatjuk be az UH gyakorlati alkalmazását és a régiók szerinti képalkotás lehetőségeit, buktatóit elismert, az adott részterületben tapasztalt oktatóink segítségével. Az igényeknek megfelelően a tanfolyam két napos, hogy lehetőséget adjunk „hands-on trainingre”. Az alaptanfolyam folytatását képezi az ősszel megrendezésre kerülő haladó tanfolyam, mely kibővített ismeretanyagot tartalmaz és épít az alaptanfolyamon elhangzottakra. A tanfolyam elvégzéséről minden sikeres tesztet írt résztvevőnek igazolást állítunk ki. A Csoportanalitikus és Kiképző Társaság 2020 márciusában, 3. évfolyamot indít azok számára, akik a kétéves csoportvezetői szintet elvégezték és tovább mélyítenék ismereteiket a csoportozás, és a csoportanalízis terén.
Jelentkezési határidő: 2020. január 31.
A képzés része 160 óra önismereti sajátélmény csoport és 100 óra csoport elmélet. A képzés beszámítható a csoportanalitikus, a klinikai szakpszichológus és a pszichoterapeuta képzésbe. Az önismereti csoport és az elmélet külön-külön is választható.

Minimally Invasive Thyroid Treatments (MITT) are increasingly applied in the clinical practice all over Europe for the treatment for benign and malignant thyroid diseases.
The MITT group has been founded in 2018 in Italy, to promote multidisciplinary partnership among physicians with different expertise who share the interest in MITT and to improve the clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic management of benign and malignant thyroid and parathyroid glands diseases.
During the 2024 MITT meeting, the present guidelines on both benign and malignant thyroid disease management will be presented, and the most widely used techniques for ablation will be presented by renowned experts in the field. Also, the most updated evidence on the application of MITT in benign thyroid nodules, autonomously functioning thyroid nodules, and malignant tumours will be illustrated.
Furthermore, a series of real-life clinical cases will be presented and discussed between the expert panel and the participants.
During the second day, the organization of a thyroid ablation clinical practice will be discussed, with particular focus on preoperative and postoperative patients’ management, possible type of anaesthesia, with the discussion of a video-recorded treatment.
In the end, a series of “hot topics” on minimally invasive treatments of the thyroid will be presented and discussed with the participants, including treatment of parathyroid adenomas, complications of MITT and their management, and the problem of nodule regrowth.
Hands-on workshops will also be available at the end of the meeting for those who will want to try the different available technologies and techniques on dedicated phantoms.
