A Semmelweis Egyetem Sebészeti, Transzplantációs és Gasztroenterológiai Klinika 2025. szeptemberétől ismét Sztómaterápiás Ápoló Képzést indít.
A képzés formája: Felnőttképzés - akkreditáció folyamatban
Az előző évek képzési tapasztalatai, valamint a hallgatói visszajelzések alapján az idei évtől módosított, bővített formában, az elmélet mellett a gyakorlati képzés hangsúlyosabbá tételével tervezzük a képzést.
Az előadásokat tervezetten pénteki munkanapokra osztjuk be, a gyakorlati képzés rugalmas formában, egyéni egyeztetés alapján történik.
A kurzus teljes hossza 1 év (tanulmányi év), mely 52 elméleti órából és 40 gyakorlati órából áll.
Ezen kívül 2 alkalommal külön konzultáció formájában dolgozzuk fel az előadókkal és hallgatókkal együtt a tanultakat.
A képzést elméleti és gyakorlati vizsga zárja le, melynek alapján a Semmelweis Egyetem a sikeres vizsgát tett hallgatóknak igazoló oklevelet állít ki.
Reményeink szerint a Sztómaterápiás Ápoló Képzés megújult formája hatékonyan fogja szolgálni a hazai sztómaterápiás gyakorlatot és ezáltal a közel 20.000 hazai sztómával élő beteget.
Célunk, hogy a Semmelweis Egyetem által kiadott Sztómaterápiás Ápoló minősítés hosszú távon licencként szolgáljon, egyfajta minőségi igazolást jelentsen, egyben összekapcsolja az e területen tevékenykedő szakembereket.

Tisztelt Kollégák! A Magyar Diabetes Társaság regionális kongresszusát, a XIV. Kelet-magyarországi Diabetes Hétvégét ebben az évben 2025. október 9-10-11-én (csütörtök-péntek-szombat) rendezzük Egerben, melyre tisztelettel és szeretettel hívunk minden olyan szakembert és szakmai-vállalati partnert, aki fontosnak tartja a hazai cukorbetegek ellátásának javítását, a megelőzést, a gondozást és a kutatás-fejlesztést. A kongresszuson tematikus plenáris üléseket szervezünk, melyben felkért neves előadók tolmácsolásában, illetve az MDT szekciói, munkacsoportjai összeállításában hangzanak el akadémiai jellegű előadások és ezek mellett cég-szimpóziumokra kerül sor. Mind a plenáris előadások, mind a szimpóziumok egy-egy adott témakört fognak áttekinteni és az előadók „state of the art” színvonalú ismereteket adnak át a hallgatóságnak. A támogatók jelenléte és színvonalasnak ígérkező kiállításai lehetőséget kínálnak a gyártókkal és forgalmazókkal való személyes megbeszélésekre annak érdekében, hogy az egyes termékek még jobban szolgálhassák a mindennapi betegellátást. A helyszín Eger, az ország egyik legvonzóbb turisztikai desztinációja mely olyan környezetet biztosít a rendezvény számára, amely a tudomány mellett a kikapcsolódásra és rekreációra is lehetőséget nyújt a résztvevőknek. NEFMI rendelet az egészségügyi szakdolgozók továbbképzésének szabályairól 6.§ (1) Szabadon választható elméleti továbbképzésnek minősül: az orvosok, fogorvosok, gyógyszerészek és az egészségügyi felsőfokú szakirányú szakképesítéssel rendelkezők folyamatos továbbképzéséről szóló miniszteri rendelet szerinti kötelező, valamint szabadon választható, akkreditált elméleti továbbképzésen történő részvétel. Folyamatos továbbképzés alapján megszerezhető legmagasabb pontértékek: 41–50 pontig továbbképzés esetén: 20 pont.

A Debreceni Aneszteziológiai Napokat 2003-ban indítottuk el azzal a céllal, hogy szakmai találkahelye legyen az északkeletmagyarországi aneszteziológusoknak és intenzív terápiás szakembereknek. Büszkén mondhatjuk, hogy az idei már a 23. rendezvényünk lesz! Minden kollégánknak, akik a régióból és az ország egész területéről megtisztelik figyelmükkel és jelenlétükkel a rendezvényt, hálásan köszönjük a folyamatos és egyre növekvő érdeklődést és szeretetet a konferenciánk iránt! Az idei programban is igyekeztünk olyan előadásokat összeállítani, amelyek a tematikus továbbképzési témák mellett szakmánk újdonságait és a jövő perspektíváit is összefoglalják. Idén a táplálásterápia fókuszba helyezése mellett folytatjuk azt hagyományt, hogy a társszakmák képviselőit is meghívtuk a rendezvényre. Így vendégünk lesz előadóként Tóth Dezső tanár úr a DE Sebészeti Intézetéből, Arjan Hoksbergen vezető érsebész az Academic Medical Center Amsterdamból és Nagy Endre professzor a DE Endokrinológiai Tanszékéről. Külön megtiszteltetés számunkra, hogy idén 3, az Európai Aneszteziológiai Társaságban jelentős szerepet játszó külföldi előadó, Lars Erikson (Karolinska Institute, Svédország), Christoph Czarnetzki (Genfi egyetemi Klinikák) és Daniela Ionescu (Kolozsvári Egyetem AITK) is a vendégünk lesz. Ezen kívül az aneszteziológia és intenzív terápia aktuális kérdései kerülnek megtárgyalásra.
A programot -immár szokásos módon- számos gyakorlati és szimulációs jellegű kurzus színesíti: Agyhalál és donorellátás; Nehéz légút; Mellkassebészeti légút biztosítás; Viszkolesztikus tesztek és PBM, Ultrahang az aneszteziológiában és intenzív terápiásban, valamint Újraélesztés.
Immár hagyománynak tekinthető, hogy átadjuk a Pro Anaesthesia Debreceniensi Díszoklevelet, amely egy tiszteletteljes főhajtás azok előtt, akik a szakmánk támogatásában jelentős szerepet játszottak.
Idén Páll Dénes professzor úr, a DEKK alelnöke az egyik kitüntetett, aki amellett, hogy számos közös kutatási projektben vett részt a klinika munkatársaival, mint egyetemi vezető rendkívül támogató módon segítette és segíti szakmánk helyi fejlődését. A másik kitüntetettünk Iványi Zsolt tanár úr, aki évtizedek óta segíti oktató munkájával a régió aneszteziológiai fejlődését, de szakmánk melletti karakán kiállása és elkötelezettsége is megkérdőjelezhetetlenné teszi, hogy a díj a legmegfelelőbb helyre kerüljön.
A Senzime cég nagyvonalú támogatásának köszönhetően idén is meghirdetjük a Tassonyi Edömér Neuromuszkuláris díjat, melyet a neuromuszkuláris junkció kutatását célzó legjobb kutatási tervvel lehet elnyerni és a nyertes egy Tetragraph EMG alapú neuromuszkuláris monitorral lehet gazdagabb.
