Tisztelt Tagtársak, Kedves Kollégák, Szakmai Partnereink! A Magyar Transzplantációs Társaság soron következő, XXVII. Kongresszusát a Debreceni Egyetem ÁOK Transzplantációs Tanszéke szervezi Hajdúszoboszlón, a Hunguest Béke hotelben 2026. november 12-14. között. A magyar szervátültetés „szervezett korszaka” 1973-ban indult Budapesten a veseátültetési programmal, amelynek szakmai alapjait az 1962-ben Szegeden végzett első élődonoros veseátültetés teremtette meg. Ezt követte Szeged (1979), Debrecen (1991) és Pécs (1993): a négy veseátültető egyetemi központ, amelyre a mai rendszer is épül. A veseátültetési programok mellé fokozatosan felzárkóztak a többi szervek: a szívtranszplantáció 1992-ben, a májátültetés az 1990-es évek közepén, a tüdőtranszplantáció pedig 2015-ben indult el önálló hazai programként. A kezdeti néhány beavatkozáshoz képest ma már évente több száz szervátültetés történik, a kumulatív esetszám a 2010-es évek végén átlépte a 10 ezret, 2025-re pedig a nagy szervátültetések száma több mint 13 000 életet érintett Magyarországon. Minőségi ugrást hozott az Eurotransplanthoz való csatlakozás: a 2013-tól teljes jogú tagság az esetszámok növekedésével, a multiorgan donorok arányának emelkedésével, rövidebb várakozási időkkel és sok beteg számára ténylegesen jobb esélyekkel járt. A hazai beültetések mintegy egynegyede külföldi donorszervvel valósult meg. Ami egyértelműen jobb lett: a túlélési adatok, a sebészi és intenzív terápiás háttér, a diagnosztika, az immunszuppresszió és az infekciókontroll ma már nemzetközi mércével is versenyképes. A veseátültetés mellett stabil máj-, szív- és tüdőprogram működik, gyermektranszplantációval és kombinált beavatkozásokkal és mind a négy veseátültető centrumban kiépültek az élődonoros programok, elsősorban Budapestre súlyozva. A szakmai társaság, a regiszterek, a guideline-ok, a továbbképzések, az európai szakvizsga és az interdiszciplináris gondozás mind azt jelzik, hogy ma „rendszerben” gondolkodunk, nem elszigetelt műtétekben. A társadalmi elfogadottság és kommunikáció terén is sokat javult a helyzet: országos kampányok, alapítványok, beteg- és donorszervezetek, médiamegjelenések formálták a közbeszédet. Az élődonoros veseátültetési program működik, bár nagyságrendje kissé elmarad számos nyugat-európai ország gyakorlatától; a vesecserék mögötti jogi-szervezési háttér pedig csak az utóbbi években kezd rugalmasabbá válni. 1973 óta a magyar szervátültetés nagy utat tett meg, szakmailag felzárkózott a nemzetközi főáramhoz és több tízezer életévet adott hozzá betegek sorsához. Ugyanakkor ma már az is kérdés, hogyan lesz mindez fenntartható, igazságos és tovább fejleszthető mind a betegek, mind a szakemberek számára. Egy érett, felelősségteljes szakma képe rajzolódik ki, amely tudja, hogy az eddigi eredmények kötelezik a következő évtizedekre. Egyre világosabb, hogy a szervátültetés nem csupán orvosi beavatkozás, hanem társadalmi ügy, amelynek sikere a szakemberek mellett a családok, a közösség és az ellátórendszer együttműködésén múlik. A 2026-os kongresszust ezért tudományos értéke mellett közös mérlegelésnek is szánjuk: mit valósítottunk meg az elmúlt évtizedek ígéreteiből, és hol tartozunk még adóssággal nagy elődeinknek, betegeinknek és egymásnak? Nemcsak előadásokat, hanem találkozásokat, régi beszélgetések folytatását és új szakmai-személyes kapcsolódásokat is várunk az eseménytől. Bátorítjuk a résztvevőket, hogy gondoljuk végig együtt, hová jutottunk 1973 óta és milyen transzplantációs ellátást szeretnénk látni Magyarországon a következő évtizedekben. Debrecen házigazdaként arra vállalkozik, hogy teret adjon ennek a párbeszédnek, miközben saját transzplantációs múltját is a közös történet részeként mutatja fel. One year from now, we warmly invite you to the Heart of Europe, to the Queen of the Blue Danube — Budapest — to join us for a truly memorable winter Central European Congress in Rheumatology (CECR2026).

The CECR was established in 1996. This biennial, three-day conference presents a unique kaleidoscope of rheumatology research in English from seven nations: Austria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, and Slovenia.

The Congress will follow its traditional format, featuring 90-minute sessions organized by participating nations. These seven sessions with dedicated topics are further enriched by presentations from the Pediatric Rheumatology, Young Rheumatologist, and Industry Partner sessions. In addition, an unlimited electronic poster session will be available, welcoming contributions from participants worldwide.

Dear ETA member, It is our pleasure to announce that the first edition of the TED Masterclass will take place from February 19 - 21, 2026 in Mainz, Germany. The TED Masterclass will be a full immersion clinical and translational event designed for specialists with experience in Thyroid Eye Disease (TED) who would like to receive further training on the diagnosis and treatment. Participants will be exposed to several topics and to practice-oriented training. The TED Masterclass will be open to a maximum of 50 participants and will be organized into plenary lectures and interactive workshops. The Masterclasses will be held in English.
