TISZTELT KOLLEGÁK!
Tisztelt Kollegák szeretettel meghívjuk Önöket a Szent István Kórház Bőrgyógyászati osztálya szokásos évi tudományos ülésére.
Ülésünk 27. alkalommal kerül megrendezésre.
A cél eddig is az volt, hogy témaválasztásunkban a gyakorlat szempontjait tartsuk szem előtt. A témák változnak, de a cél változatlan!
Egy évvel ezelőtti kongresszusunk, legnagyobb örömünkre, baráti hangulatban telt. Az előadások, hozzászólások hasznosak voltak, mindennapi problémákat tükrözték.
Reméljük idén is hasonló tartalmas napunk lesz. Neves előadók mellett fiatal kollégáink is izgalmas előadásokkal készülnek.
Az előadások témái a sikeres sebkezeléshez nélkülözhetetlen infectológia, allergológia, pszichológia tárgykörét foglalják magukba.
Úgy tervezzük, hogy mind az előadások, mind a betegbemutatások után kellő időt biztosítsunk a hozzászólásokra és vitára. Azt szeretnénk, hogy kollégáink, akik jelenlétükkel megtisztelnek minket, ez alkalommal is tartalmas előadásokat halljanak, és hasznos vitában vegyenek részt.

Kedves Kollégák!
Az ultrahang a 21. század sztetoszkópja az intenzív terápiában és a sürgősségi orvostanban: a gyors differenciáldiagnosztika és állapotkövetés eszköze, minden akut betegellátó szakember kezében ott lehet a helye.
Más szakmák (pl.: sebészet, nőgyógyászat, urológia, neurológia), már korábban felismerték ezt, és saját kezükbe vették az ultrahangfejet, a radiológia mégsem veszített jelentőségéből. Az ultrahangot használó intenzív terápiás vagy sürgősségi szakember nem konkurense, hanem partnere a radiológusnak és a kardiológusnak, gyakorlati tudása a betegellátás minőségét javítja.
Az ultrahang használata a betegágy mellett egyszerűsíti a döntési folyamatokat, megváltoztatja a mindennapi gyakorlatot. A modern orvoslás kihívására segít választ adni ez a 3×1 napos tanfolyam, melynek elvégzésével 50 továbbképzési pont szerezhető.
A tanfolyam a 2016-os évben Semmelweis Egyetem Aneszteziológiai és Intenzív Terápiás Klinika szervezésében 2016. február 27 – május 8. között kerül megrendezésre Budapesten, a Semmelweis Szimulációs Központban illetve a Kútvölgyi Klinikai Tömbben. A képzés egy szombati elméleti blokkból és két vasárnapi gyakorlati blokkból áll.

2017-ben a Sri Lanka-i Gyermekorvos Társaság a házigazdája a hatodik "Global Congress for Consensus in Paediatrics and Child Health (CIP) konferenciának, amely 2017. november 12-15 között kerül megrendezésre Colomboban.
A kongresszus a legfontosabb gyermekbetegségekkel, gyermek egészségügyi kérdésekkel, azok megoldási lehetőségeivel foglalkozik. A programot az alapellátásban, szakellátásban és a progresszivitás magasabb szintjein dolgozó kollégák állítják össze és valamennyi gyermekorvos megtalálja az érdeklődésének megfelelő területeket.
A CIP konferencia lehetőséget ad regionális, nemzetközi kapcsolatok építésére és az előadók között vezető gyermekorvos, kutató gyermekgyógyász kollégák szerepelnek.

• Fascinating session on Airway management in special circumstances: ‘Airways at the limits of life’ Dr Kevin Fong (London) and ‘Bombs bayonets and bicycles – trauma and the airway’ Dr Simon Mercer (Liverpool)
• Dr Simon Bricker (Chester) speaking on ‘The unique problems of the obstetric airway: real or imagined?’
• Launch of new ITU guidelines - covering all 4 areas: trauma, obstetric, ITU and extremes of life
• Exciting Debates on: ‘Advanced airway management should be a specialist training module’, and ‘Tried and tested rather than novelty gadgets - a conventional laryngoscope is the weapon of choice for routine first attempt intubation’
Workshops - Wednesday 22 November 2017
Alongside the scientific programme we are offering a ‘hands on’ workshop day providing delegates the opportunity to rotate around 8 stations throughout the day.
Workstations will include:
• Fibreoptic Intubation (FOI) handling skills/Airway simulation
• Awake FOI/preparation
• Supraglottic Airway Devices (SAD) – including FOI via SAD (Plan B)
• Videolaryngoscopy (Plan A)
• Virtual Endoscopy
• Scalpel cricothyroidotomy (Plan D)
• Ultrasound in airway management
• Paediatric airway management.
