A kimagaslóan sikeres Szeptemberi Bükfürdői I. Felső Végtag Konferencia után ismét Vállsebészeti haladó oktatás lesz 2024.11.15-én a Szent Magdolna Magánkórházban.
Az idei utolsó alkalommal speciális témánk a vállízületi mozgásbeszűkülés sokban hasonlít egy lateralis könyök fájdalomhoz. Itt is, ott is sok a téves egyszerűsítés, rossz terápiás döntések, hosszantartó eredménytelen kezelések.
A nap során a speciális alapok elsajátítása után sorra vesszük a lehetséges okokat a mozgásbeszűkülés hátterében, konzervatív és műtéti lehetőségeket soroljuk, hogy megtaláljuk az utat a beteg által elvárt gyors eredményhez.
Ismét invitáljuk a társszakmák képviselőit egy közös beszélgetésre.
A journal club részben irodalmi áttekintést adunk fókuszálva az újdonságokra!
Az esetmegbeszélésen (is) számítunk az aktív részvételre, ebben a részben a TI problémás Váll eseteiteket próbáljuk kibogozni (nem kell csatlakozni a fő témához)
Kezdeményezésünkkel szeretnénk újraindítani a vállsebészeti közösségi életet és képzést, hogy minél többen csatlakozhassanak egyéb szakmákból is ezért Live -Online formában is!

Tisztelt Kolléga!
A Magyar Belgyógyász Társaság hazánk egyik legnagyobb múltú társasága, ami több ezer belgyógyász számára kíván szakmai fórumot biztosítani. Sajnos, az utóbbi években a tagok száma és a társaság programjainak látogatottsága is csökkent, annak ellenére, hogy a magyarországi belgyógyászok minden korábbinál több és súlyosabb kihívással néznek szembe. Rendkívül fontosnak tartjuk, hogy a Belgyógyász Társaság erős és egységes szervezetként képviselhesse a belgyógyászok érdekeit, és biztosítsa a szakmai tovább fejlődésüket. Ehhez azonban a belgyógyászok közösségének támogatására van szükség.
Ezért kérjük, hogy váljanak Társaságunk aktív tagjaivá (a már regisztrált tagok rendezzék tagdíjukat) és biztassa erre kollégáit is.
Reméljük, hogy Társaságunk soron következő eseményén, a megújult formában megrendezésre kerülő Belgyógyász Nagygyűlésen, november 14-16. között, Visegrádon, Önt és munkatársait is személyesen üdvözölhetjük.
Egyben kérjük, hogy támogassa a fiatal munkatársai részvételét a hazai belgyógyászat legfontosabb eseményén és tegye lehetővé számukra, hogy az esetbemutatással is részt vehessenek az eseményen.

On behalf of the Organising Committee, it is our distinct pleasure to announce the 1st edition of the Heart, Vessels & Diabetes European Conference to be held in the capital city of Portugal, Lisbon, from 9 to 11 December 2010.
Our world is facing an epidemic of diabetes and obesity, a population at high risk of cardiovascular complications. It is therefore necessary to promote in depth discussions and collaborations amongst all the professionals concerned by the management of these patients: cardiologists, diabetologists, endocrinologists, nephrologists, neurologists
and internists.
Our ambition is that the Heart, Vessels & Diabetes Conference becomes the European reference on both cardiovascular and diabetes related issues by the creation of a unified forum where all specialists will attend common sessions and share their experience. The scientific programme will include lectures, debates, clinical case presentations as well as industry symposia. European experts will discuss the latest developments of clinical trials and clinical research and will examine their implications for daily practice.
This event of very high scientific standard with a panel of European key opinion leaders will gather a large audience of about 2,000 practitioners in cardiology, diabetes, lipids, blood pressure and related fields. As you will read within this preliminary programme, the members of the Scientific Committee are among some of the most prestigious and renowned cardiologists, diabetologists and endocrinologists in order to ensure the highest scientific level to the sessions.
The Organising Committee of the 1st edition of the Heart, Vessels & Diabetes European Conference has appointed PLB. Organisation Inc. as the official Conference Office, entrusted with the handling of all conference related arrangements.
