A SZAB Hypertonia és Nephrologiai Munkabizottsága online megszervezi a Szegedi Nephrologiai Klinikopathológiai Esetbemutatások 40. évfolyamának 7. ülését, melyre tisztelettel meghívjuk.
Három esetet fogunk prezentálni:
1. 72 éves férfi. Bx: RPGN, MPO-ANCA pozitív. Szérum kreatinin 282 umol/L, eGFR 18 mL/min/tf, proteinuria 1,5 g/L, makrohematuria. A vesefunkció 4 hónappal korábban még jó volt. (referálják: Dr. Bajcsi Dóra, Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
2. 22 éves férfi. 5 héttel korábban bevérzett a szeme, SBO-n magas vérnyomásértéket mértek, a vesefunkció beszűkült. Bx a vesefunkcióromlás tisztázására. Szérum kreatinin 362 umol/L, eGFR 19 mL/min/tf; mikrohematuria, proteinuria 48 mg/dL. Bal kamra hypertrophia, az ejekciós frakció 40% alatt. Hasi UH: kicsit kisebb vesék. (referálják: Dr. Fejes Imola, Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
3. 59 éves nő. Bx a vesefunkcióromlás tisztázására. Szérum kreatinin 92 umol/L, eGFR 59 mL/min/tf, albumin 46 g/L, proteinuria 0,5 g/nap. ANA, anti-SSA, anti-cardiolipin pozitív. 6 éve ismert a mikrohematuria. 18 hónappal korábban akut pyelonephritis és cholecystitis kapcsán eGFR 26 umol/L, 3 g/nap proteinuria és mikrohematuria. Cholecystectomiára a vesefunkció javult. (referálják: Dr. Bajcsi Dóra, Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
