Szeretettel meghívjuk a Magyar Hipnózis Egyesület workshopjára, melynek címe:
Dr. Túry Ferenc pszichiáter, pszichoterapeuta, egyetemi tanár: Hipnoterápia evészavarokban.
A program elsősorban a bulimia nervosa és az elhízás kezelésében alkalmazható hipnoterápiás módszereket mutatja be. A hipnoterápia anorexia nervosában igen korlátozott szerepet kap, az előadásban ezt is érintjük. A módszerek két fő csoportra oszthatók: a tünetorientált (elsősorban kognitív-viselkedésterápiás alapú) és a feltáró hipnoterápiás irányra (pl.: imaginációk szerepe).
A bulimiások hipnotikus fogékonysága magasabb az átlagnépességénél, ezért számunkra a hipnózis különösen hasznos lehet.
A workshop során sorra kerülnek speciális hipnoterápiás technikák is (ikrek tandem-hipnózisa, családhipnózis, aktív-éber hipnózis). Mindegyik módszert esetrészletekkel illusztráljuk.
A workshop tematikája:
1. Az alapvető evészavarok rövid bemutatása (anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, elhízás).
2. Hipnotikus fogékonyság evészavarokban
3. A hipnoterápiában alkalmazható kognitív-viselkedésterápiás elemek.
4. Feltáró, imaginatív módszerek.
5. Speciális hipnoterápiás eljárások: tandem-hipnózis, családhipnózis, aktív-éber hipnózis).
6. A hipnoterápia hatékonysága evészavarokban.
A workshopra elsősorban olyan kollégák jelentkezését várjuk, akik maguk is alkalmazzák a hipnózist gyógyító tevékenységük során, vagy ezt tervezik, és a képzésüket ez irányban már esetleg elkezdték.

A képzés akkreditált, a CME pont igazolás a helyszínen kiosztásra kerül.
