Episirus Scientifica welcomes you to attend 2024 World Pediatrics Conference (2024WPC) to be held during October 18-19, 2024 in Osaka, Japan around the theme ‘Scientific advancement and exploration in Pediatrics and Neonatology’ accredited with CPD credits which enable the professionals from worldwide to exchange their views on a wide variety of topics affecting child care and those suffering from pediatric diseases around the world. Since Genetic variance, developmental issues and Congenital defects are of a greater concern to pediatricians, we will be exploring more into these fields. This international meet (2024WPC) anticipates hundreds of participants including keynote speakers, Oral presentations by renowned speakers and poster presenters besides delegates around the world. This conference perhaps a giant event that creates an ideal platform to share expertise addressing current advancements involved in Pediatric and Neonatal care. The 20th Immunology Winter School on Basic Immunology Research in Allergy and Clinical Immunology will take place from 27 to 30 January 2022, in Semmering, Austria in a hybrid format. With an innovative but still highly interactive concept, the meeting will allow you to take part in exciting scientific discussions both on-site and from the safety of your home countries.
Target Audience
This meeting has the highest scientific standards and is aimed at young researchers who are active scientists in the fields of allergy, asthma and clinical immunology. A total of 70 selected young investigators (PhD students and junior postdocs) active in the field of allergy, asthma, clinical immunology/immune deficiency with a focus on basic and/or clinical immunology. Participants will be selected on the basis of the quality of their submitted abstracts.
Educational Aims
The goal of EAACI Immunology Winter School is to share and discuss advanced and cutting-edge allergy and asthma related basic and clinical immunological research with 70 selected young scientists in a friendly scientific environment. In addition, there will opportunities to network, relax, and enjoy winter sports in the mountains around Semmering between some of the sessions. Participation is by invitation only, on acceptance of your submitted abstract.
Expected Outcome and Potential Impact on Practice After this Winter School
Participants will receive state of the art training on immunological mechanisms, involved in allergic and inflammatory responses. In addition, the highly interactive nature of the winter school provides a platform for establishing new collaborations and networks. By attending this winter school, the participants will:
- Learn about novel developments in immunology with a focus on allergy, asthma and clinical immunology
- Learn about novel approaches in the treatment of patients with allergy and asthma with various commorbities
- Gain knowledge of other immunology research areas in allergy performed by other young investigators/research groups within EAACI
- Present and discuss their work and get feedback from experts in the field
- Young investigators will be able to interact with senior experienced researchers
- Form research networks with other researchers, increasing in this way their international contacts in the field
- Be able to get in contact with experienced senior researchers

Nurses in Dermatology practice
The Nurses Course is an opportunity from nurses across Europe to come together for learning and a sharing of views and experiences. This course is the first of its kind and international speakers will deliver lectures on topics such as eczema, phototherapy and skin surgery. There will be short presentations from attendees on work in their own areas, with a particular focus on the challenges of delivering effective care during the Covid pandemic and the lessons that have been learnt from this.
Learning objectives:
To update your knowledge on some common skin diseases
To review different modalities for the treatment of pre-canceroses and non-invasive skin cancers
To enjoy the perfect opportunity for exchanging valuable information, sharing experiences, hints and tips for your daily practice
Join us for what promises to be a unique opportunity to share our knowledge and experience. We look forward to seeing you IRL (In Real Life) and not URL (online)!
Terms
This is a specific course dedicated to all nurses who would like to learn about dermatology practice.
Participants will receive the educational material presented during the course, a certificate of attendance, catering service during the whole course and the invitation to one social event. Please take care of your own accommodation and travel (make sure to include free cancellation option).
The selection is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please settle your registration fee as soon as possible to formally confirm your participation.
Registration Fee (EADV Nurse Members): 200 EUR
Registration Fee (Non-EADV Members): 400 EUR
If you want to benefit of the member fee, please ensure that you have an active EADV membership status before registering to the course.
If you are processing someone else's registration, please ensure you use their personal log-in and contact details when filling out the registration form.
In case of cancellation, the EADV will automatically deduct 50 EUR from the refund.
If participation is cancelled less than 6 weeks before the first day of the course, the EADV will provide a refund of 75% of the registration fee.
If participation is cancelled less than 15 days before the first day of the course, the EADV will not provide any refund of the registration course fee.
Payment transfers from one course to another are not possible.
Registration of a participant entails acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
You are the sole responsible for any health risks related to travel in times of COVID-19 pandemic. The EADV cannot be held responsible and is discharged from any liability whatsoever in case you become ill. You must also take necessary health and safety measures before and during the event.
