Kedves Kollégánk!

Szeretnénk felhívni figyelmét az alábbi online továbbképzési programlehetőségre: a Pécsi Tudományegyetem Orvostudományi Kar Magatartástudományi Intézetének Orvosi Oktatásfejlesztési és Kommunikációs Tanszéke egy olyan stresszkezelő tréninget kínál az Ön számára, melynek célja a stresszkezelő képességének, illetve ezen keresztül rezilienciájának, azaz pszichés ellenállóképességének fejlesztése.

Az egy napos interaktív online workshop során lehetősége nyílik rövid, dinamikus relaxációs gyakorlatok elsajátítására is, melyek célja az énhatékonyság növelése mellett a mindennapi stressz hatékony kezelése és a feszültség oldása. A tréning során továbbá a résztvevők megismerhetnek kognitív stresszkezelő technikákat, tudatos jelenlét gyakorlatokat, illetve a feladatok priorizálását segítő technikákat is. Ezek elősegíti a munkavégzés eredményességének és biztonságosságának növekedését.

A tréningek minden alkalommal egynaposak (9:00-16:00-ig), egy hosszabb ebédszünettel, és több rövidebb szünettel. A programon való részvétel egyetlen feltétele egy rövid anonim kérdőív kitöltése, melynek célja a tréning hatékonyságának felmérése. A tréningek a ZOOM alkalmazáson keresztül valósulnak meg, a bekapcsolódáshoz szükséges linket és a program előtt kitöltendő rövid kérdőívet a jelentkezési lapon megadott elérhetőségre küldjük ki a tréninget megelőző napon.

The last years, a European Orthopaedic Summer School specially designed for orthopaedic trainees with high motivation to improve their knowledge has been established by FORTE.

The Summer School aims to serve the needs of orthopaedic trainees of any stage; either as an annual update or as a preparation tool for National/European orthopaedic board exams. Exchange of ideas and comprehension of diversities between the different countries will be also encouraged, not only during the scientific sessions but also the social events.  

The previous edition of Summer School in Athens in July 2022 demonstrated a remarkable success due to the gathering of 50 renowned experts and more than 130 trainees from 20 different European Countries, in a highly scientific and friendly environment.

This unique scientific event could not be possible without the support of EFORT, of all major European Orthopaedic Subspecialty Societies (EORS, Eurospine, SECEC, FESSH, EHS, ESSKA, EFAS, EMSOS, EPOS) and most importantly the support of National Orthopaedic Societies.

We are proud to announce you the sixth edition of FORTE Summer School that is going to be held again in Athens, Greece, from July 24 - 28, 2023. As in the previous years, three levels of sponsorship are available:

- 1100€ - one registration with all-inclusive accommodation and meals

- 4000€ - four registrations with all-inclusive accommodation and meals

- 6700€ - seven registrations with all-inclusive accommodation and meals

*Larger group registrations (more than 7 participants): 950 € / participant
