79 éves férfi. eGFR = 20 ml/min/1,73m2. Proteinuria = 12 g/nap. Szelektív, lényegében albumin örül. Plasmasejtes betegség gyanúja miatt csontvelő biopszia történt, malignus betegséget nem igazolt.
