The 2nd International Congress on Cardiac Problems in Pregnancy (CPP 2012), which is due to take place from May 17-20, 2012 in Berlin, Germany.
Pregnancy often increases the risks of cardiovascular dysfunction, yet cardiac problems in pregnancy requires a multidisciplinary approach, precludes most common cardiac treatments and disqualifies many patients from inclusion in clinical trials. At this unique international congress, health care professionals from a diverse range of pregnancy and cardiac related specialties will facilitate the exchange and development of collaborative research on a wide spectrum of relevant topics. They will further discuss, adopt and upgrade recent guidelines for the management of cardiovascular conditions during pregnancy and in the postpartal period.
