Helyszín: Online, A SZAB Hypertonia és Nephrologiai Munkabizottsága online megszervezi a Szegedi Nephrológiai Klinikopathológiai Esetbemutatások 39. évfolyamának 2. ülését, melyre tisztelettel meghívjuk.
Három esetet fogunk prezentálni:
1.17 éves fiú. Bx2021. Mikroszkópos hematuria, 1 g/nap proteinuria, kreatinin 71 μmol/L. Anamnézisben juvenilis idiopátiás artritisz miatt TNF-alfa gátlókezelés.
2. 38 éves nő. Bx2021. Nefrózis szindróma, proteinuria 6,9 g/nap, mikroszkópos hematuria, eGFR51 ml/min/tf, anamnézisben kolitisz ulceróza TNF-alfa gátlókezelése.
3. 50 éves férfi.Bx 2021. Ismeretlen etiológiájú és bizonytalan ideje fennálló veseelégtelenség, eGFR 11 ml/min/tf, anamnézisben hipertónia, Hashimoto tireoiditisz.
