A valóság, mint tükörkép, az anya tükröző arcával veszi kezdetét, miként arról Winnicott és Lacan, vagy a neurobiológia eredményeit integrálva Schore ír. A tükrözés vágya ismerhető fel a kreatív alkotó folyamatban, a torz tükör ellen irányuló harag pedig a pusztításban.
A pszichoanalízis folyamatának kezdetekor pácienseink az analitikus kíséretével mondhatni „tükörországba” lépnek. Analitikusként, ha szerencsések vagyunk, sikerülhet valamit e tükrözési folyamat lényegéből pácienseinknek megmutatni, és a túlságosan homályos, torz tükörképeket a megélés és értelmezés erejével megszelídíteni.
És mi analitikusok, terapeuták is sokféleképpen tükröződünk: pácienseink reakcióiban, abban, ahogy mások – a szűkebb és tágabb szakma vagy akár a társadalom – bennünket lát, hatásunkra vagy puszta jelenlétünkre reagál. We will focus on education in gynecological ultrasonography and the management of ovarian pathology as well as the evaluation of cancer once it has been diagnosed. Therefore, we have invited outstanding experts from various disciplines including ultrasonography, gynecologic oncology, pathology and radiology to discuss the optimal approaches to the evaluation and management of ovarian tumors. We will also highlight future prospects for research including novel biomarkers, imaging and surgery.
As the primary focus of IOTA is on ultrasonography, there will be an emphasis on the important features of different types of mass as well as the ultrasound variables used in IOTA models and rules. At the end of the meeting we would expect attendees to be fully conversant with these. They will have then the opportunity to test their knowledge, receiving an IOTA certificate if passed.
The congress consists in plenary lectures, symposia, interactive small group workshops and debates. There will be plenty of time to network and exchange ideas with colleagues.
