1. 87 éves nő. eGFR = 6 ml/min/1,73 m2. Proteinuria 4,7 g/die. Mko. lábfej kifejezetten oedemas. A lábszárak térdekig erythemasok. A
lábfejeken exulcerált plakkok. Combokon számos purpura.
2. 43 éves férfi. eGFR = 5 ml/min/1,73m2 (egy évvel ezelőtt 90 ml/min/1,73m2 fölött). Proteinuria 7,5 g/nap. Dysmorph vvt nem észlelhető.
