Ismét eljött az idő, Társaságunk kétéves kongresszusát szervezzük. Tartva magunkat a korábbi koncepcióhoz, ez lesz a 7. nemzetközi, angol nyelvű fórumunk.
Ezzel egy időben ünnepeljük azonban az MPHEST megalakulásának 25 éves jubileumát is.
A Kongresszus helyszíne Szeged lesz, 2015. szeptember 17-19. között.
Terveink szerint neves magyar és külföldi előadók fogják biztosítani a tudományos színvonalat.
Első alkalommal kerül sor - az ezután hagyományossá váló - Zoltán János emlékelőadásra is, ahol a Társaság által felkért előadó jár körül egy-egy témát.
A plasztikai sebészetben továbbra is forrongó, egyre fejlődő terület az autológ zsír átültetése. Messzire jutottunk az első dokumentált próbálkozásoktól. A Kongresszus fő témájának is ezt választottuk, mind helyreálító, mind nagyobbrészt esztétikai területen. Emellett kiemelt terület lesz a problémás, szövődményes esetek korrekciója, másodlagos beavatkozások is.
Remélem, Szegeden mind a tudomány, mind a társaság, mind a helyszín megfelelő lesz ahhoz, hogy szakmailag és személyes kapcsolatok terén is jól érezzük magunkat.

Ezúton hívjuk meg Önt (és munkatársait) konferenciánkra.
Elemzők szerint egy új táplálkozási irányzat kezd kibontakozni a magyar fogyasztók körében. A gyorséttermek mellett egyre keresettebbek a bio ételeket kínáló éttermek, nagy népszerűségnek örvendenek a háztáji ételek, a kézműves termékek, az egzotikus ízek, s már az éttermek étlapjain is megjelennek a vegetáriánus-, bio-, gluténmentes- és házi termékek.
Emellett az Euromonitor International 2013-as Globális Fogyasztó Trend felmérése szerint az egészséges és környezettudatos táplálkozás napjainkban már nem csak a magasabb keresetű vásárlók körében élvez prioritást. A legnagyobb márkák (marketing)kommunikációjában fontos szerepet kap az egészséges életmód, a kiegyensúlyozott táplálékbevitel, a minőségi alapanyagokból készülő termékek vagy éppen a túlsúly elleni harc. Évszázados receptek változnak meg, hogy megfeleljenek az új, egészséges, cukormentes trendnek. Valóban vége az ócska élelmiszerek (junk food) korszakának? Vajon a nagy multinacionális vállalatok, a Big Food cégek által kínált termékek megfelelnek az egészséges táplálkozás irányelveinek? A gyorséttermi ipar tényleg csak abban jó, hogy az örömközpontunkra hasson, és kiderítse mi az, amit a leginkább élvezünk? Nem túlzott-e az ökológiai és más aktivisták ellenállása?
Ilyen és ehhez hasonló kérdésekre keressük a választ konferenciánkon, amelyen lehetőséget kívánunk biztosítani ahhoz, hogy az orvosok, obezitológusok, dietetikusok, okleveles táplálkozástudományi szakemberek (stb.) illetve az iparág képviselői valamint más szakemberek (vendéglátóipar, gasztronómia stb.) tájékoztatást és naprakész információkat kapjanak az őket érintő aktuális kérdésekről elméleti és gyakorlatorientált megközelítésben egyaránt.

Toxicology is a branch of science that studies the deleterious consequences of chemicals, substances, and conditions on humans, animals, and the environment. Toxicology harnesses the power of science to forecast which substances will cause harm and how they will do so, and then disseminates that information to protect public health. Toxicology 2022 provides vital information and expertise that may be used by regulatory agencies, decision-makers, and others to develop programs and policies that reduce human exposure to toxic substances, minimizing or lowering the risk of disease or other adverse health outcomes.
This illustrious event will feature plenary speakers from all over the globe (highly cited), established Keynote speakers, active Invited speakers, and young contributing speakers. It promotes high research and the globalization of high-quality research in general, making discussions and presentations more internationally competitive and focusing attention on recent terrific achievements in the fields of toxicology and applied pharmacology.

The conference is organized by the Czech Immunological Society and supported by the program "Food for the future" of the Czech Academy of Sciences. The conference venue is situated in the city center, close to the Vltava river.
This will be a small event promoting discussions, networking and transfer of knowledge to a new generation of scientists. It is intended as a friendly meeting of colleagues working in immunology, microbiology, food research and related fields.
Apart from the lectures covering several major links between the immune system, food and microbiota, you can look forward to a poster session, panel discussions and informal social events to facilitate the transfer of scientific ideas.
