A tanfolyam az Oxford Mindfulness Center protokollja szerint kerül megvalósításra. A 8 hetes sajátélmény csoport az Oxford Mindfulness Center magyar nyelvre adaptált munkafüzetével és meditációs hanganyagával dolgozik, melyet a csoporttagok megkapnak. A sajátélmény kurzus elengedhetetlen része, hogy a csoporttag lehetőleg mind a 8 alkalmon személyesen részt tudjon venni, illetve vállalja, hogy a 8 hét alatt napi 40-60 percet önállóan gyakorol. Az MBCT sajátélmény remek kiegészítése az egyéni terápiás munkának és más sajátélmény megtapasztalásnak is.

We are happy to inform you that we will be hosting a live conference in Budapest in 2019. The theme of this year's debate is "Trowel is the latest innovation in the latest patient care techniques", which provides an international space for discussing current and future challenges. Surgical interventions include fast keynote presentations, oral discussions and exhibitions. The Adriatic Vascular Summit 2009 will be held in Ljubljana, Slovenia, on Friday, October 23rd through Saturday, October 24th, 2009.
As internationally renowned clinicians and leaders in their fields, the faculty of the Adriatic Vascular Summit 2009 is anticipating an audience made up of a variety of interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, advanced endovascular interventional radiologists, to name a few.
The program will include presentations on vascular disease epidemiology, a wide variety of diagnostic procedures, various innovative surgical techniques, and other endovascular intervention topics. Through interactive live case presentations, the standard of care and alternative options in specific patient cases will be explored. Special emphasis on how to perform complex interventional procedures and how to manage or avoid major complications will be a substantial part of this educational venue.
