Tisztelt Doktornő/Doktor Úr!
Az MH Egészségügyi Központ (MHEK) Endokrinológia Szakprofil továbbképzése 2016. első (a 2015/2016 tanév I. féléve) felében április 8-án (pénteken) és április 9-én (szombaton) kerül megrendezésre. Az endokrinológus szakorvosképzést, továbbképzést, belgyógyászok, gyermekgyógyászok, nőgyógyászok, háziorvosok, diabetológusok és PhD hallgatók képzését szolgálja (utóbbi vonatkozásban a Semmelweis Egyetem akkreditált kurzusa). A továbbképzés szabadon választható tanfolyamként akkreditálásra került. Sikeres tesztvizsga esetén az orvos résztvevők kreditpontot szereznek.

Az allergiás kórképek, mint az emberi környezet kiváltotta kórfolyamatok az elmúlt évtizedekben fokozatos számbeli növekedést mutatnak. Jelenleg az Európai Unió országait tekintve a leggyakoribb krónikus betegségcsoportot alkotják. Az életminőséget is jelentősen befolyásoló kórképek provokáló faktorai elsősorban a civilizáció fejlődéséhez köthetők, összefüggésbe hozhatók a környezet számos- immunválaszt befolyásoló, a globalizációval terjedő- szennyező és allergizáló anyagával.
Az orvosi munka során naponta szembesülünk a mindennapi életben átkerülő vegyi anyagok szenzibilizáló-immunmoduláló hatásaival, valamint a medicinában felhasználásra kerülő gyógyszerek halmozódó adverz reakcióival is.
A globális környezetszennyezés nem csak a human, hanem a növényi biológiai folyamatokra is hatással bír, befolyásolja többek között a pollenek morfológiáját, az emberi immunredszerre való hatását. A globális felmelegedés kibővíti az allergizáló pollenű növények életterét, virágzási idejét is. Ezen folyamatok logikus eredménye az allergiás rhinitis,-conjunctivitis,-asthma betegszám rohamos növekedése.
Az allergiás megbetegedések a gazdaságilag fejlett országok lakosságának közel egyharmadát érintik. Hazai vonatkozásban hasonló aránybeli megjelenés tapasztalható az asthmas esetek, a rhinitisek valamint a kontakt ekzemaban, urticariaban szenvedő betegek folyamatos növekedésével. A gyógyszer és élelmiszer intolerancia/allergia esteinek látványos halmozódása szintén jellemző a hazai beteganyagra is.
A hajlamosító etiológiai faktorok a betegpopulációban is megtalálhatók. Az utóbbi években a humán immunválasz kutatás eredményei alapján előtérbe került az allergiás reakciókat befolyásoló genetikaikai diszpozíciók vizsgálata. Ezen vizsgálati eredmények szerint pl.atópiás dermatitis, valamint allergiás asthma bronchiale kialakulásában a genetikai hajlam jelentős szereppel bír. Ez a háttér természetesen más allergiás kórképeknél is valószínűsíthető. Egyes kórképek immunológiai hátterére csak az utolsó évtizedben derült fény: felnőttkori orális allergia szindróma (pollen asszociált élelmiszer allergia) és az atópiás dermatitis.
A kórképek kivizsgálását segítő diagnosztikai lehetőségek tárháza az utóbbi években egyre bővült. Felhasználásukkal feltárhatók, diagnosztizálhatók az allergiás kórképek teljes skáláját provokáló allergének. Új adatokat kaphatunk a differenciáldiagnosztika területén, lehetővé téve a provokáló anyag elkerülésével kialakított prevenciót, ill. a diagnosztika pontosításáig szükséges, hatékony –ma már a biológiai kezeléseket is felhasználó-tüneti terápiát.
A többnyire környezeti ártalom eredményeként jelentkező allergia mára multidiszciplináris betegséggé vált. A legtöbb allergén számos szervet érintő tünetcsoportot provokál, alkalmanként egy-egy tünet együttes dominanciájával. A mindennapi orvosi ellátásban, így az allergiás tünetek, tünet együttesek nem csak a bőrgyógyászati betegellátást érintik, növekvő számuk a medicina minden területén regisztrálható.
A továbbképzésre ajánlott kurzus előadói az orvostudomány több szakágának nemzetközileg is elismert szakemberei, akik a bőrgyógyászat, gyermekgyógyászat, pulmonológia, szemészet, belgyógyászat, fül-orr-gégészet klinikai-immunológiai kutatási, és elsősorban gyakorlati tapasztalatait összegezve biztosítják a kurzus magas szintű szakmai anyagát.

We want to get your attention to the Austrian Symposium on Dialysis Access and Central Venous Catheters which will take place for the 5th time in Vienna 5th-6th of December 2025.
It is an interdisciplinary, multiprofessional meeting where all dialysis-relevant stakeholders (nephrology, shunt surgery, dialysis care, radiology, patients, industry) meet. It is therefore an unprecedented opportunity to get to know state of the art treatment/diagnostic methods as well as innovations on this field.
After all 4 previous symposia were very well received with over 200 participants each, we have decided to continue organizing this meeting. This year, we also decided to open the symposium to more neighboring countries besides Germany, Italy and Switzerland to give more colleagues the opportunity to be part of this meeting as a multiprofessional access platform with excellent international speakers and many training programs. This is one of the very few meetings worldwide offering such masterclasses.

The proven concept of the 2-day conference will be retained: The scientific sessions with lectures by world-renowned experts will take place on the first day (05.12.2025) at the Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Vienna Schönbrunn. On the second day of the congress (December 6, 2025), we will offer several master classes/“hands-on” workshops on various topics, which will take place either in the congress hotel or at the Anatomical Institute of the Medical University of Vienna, as these are courses on human specimens.
To be in Vienna during the Advent season will be even more special due to our venue location next to Schönbrunn allowing visits at the beautiful Christmas market before or after the meeting.
Please be aware that most of the talks on the 1st day are in German (see program), but the workshops and masterclasses are mainly independent of language - based on their training/hands-on character and our international tutors.
Slots are limited on both days and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
