Helyszín: PTE Általános Orvostudományi Kar, a pontos helyszín a későbbiekben kerül kihirdetésre.
A megbeszélés célja, hogy a résztvevők számára a nyelőcsőrák megelőzésével, felismerésével és kezelésével kapcsolatban az aktuális lehetőségekről egy átfogó képet adjon.
A tudományos megbeszélésen a nyelőcsőrák ellátásának pathológiai, gasztroenterológiai, endoszkópos, sebészeti, onkológiai és palliatív vonatkozásairól lesz szó, melyen keresztül a betegség multidiszciplináaris ellátásának fontosságát is tervezzük érzékeltetni.
Megvitatásra kerülnek továbbá a témával kapcsolatos kutatási lehetőségek, ismertetni fogjuk a Nyelőcsőrák Regiszter indításával és a csatlakozásal kapcsolatos részletek is. Prospektív obszervációs és esetleg randomizált vizsgálatokkal kapcsolatos ötletekről is szó lesz.
A továbbképzésen való részvétel ingyenes, a rendezvény utólag kerül regisztráláasra az Oftex rendszerében.

Napjainkban, az orvostudomány „high-tech” módszerei elérhetővé tették a személyre szabott gyógyítást. A technikák középpontjában a molekuláris biológia áll, amely hihetetlen fejlődésen ment keresztül az elmúlt évtizedben. A 2018-as Semmelweis Szimpóziumon szeretnénk bemutatni a legújabb diagnosztikai és terápiás eljárásokat az endokrinológia, onkológia, hematológia, prenatalis genetika és a ritka betegségek területén, amelyeket ma már a napi gyakorlatban is alkalmazhatunk vagy a közeljövőben várható a bevezetésük.

We want to get your attention to the Austrian Symposium on Dialysis Access and Central Venous Catheters which will take place for the 5th time in Vienna 5th-6th of December 2025.
It is an interdisciplinary, multiprofessional meeting where all dialysis-relevant stakeholders (nephrology, shunt surgery, dialysis care, radiology, patients, industry) meet. It is therefore an unprecedented opportunity to get to know state of the art treatment/diagnostic methods as well as innovations on this field.
After all 4 previous symposia were very well received with over 200 participants each, we have decided to continue organizing this meeting. This year, we also decided to open the symposium to more neighboring countries besides Germany, Italy and Switzerland to give more colleagues the opportunity to be part of this meeting as a multiprofessional access platform with excellent international speakers and many training programs. This is one of the very few meetings worldwide offering such masterclasses.

The proven concept of the 2-day conference will be retained: The scientific sessions with lectures by world-renowned experts will take place on the first day (05.12.2025) at the Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Vienna Schönbrunn. On the second day of the congress (December 6, 2025), we will offer several master classes/“hands-on” workshops on various topics, which will take place either in the congress hotel or at the Anatomical Institute of the Medical University of Vienna, as these are courses on human specimens.
To be in Vienna during the Advent season will be even more special due to our venue location next to Schönbrunn allowing visits at the beautiful Christmas market before or after the meeting.
Please be aware that most of the talks on the 1st day are in German (see program), but the workshops and masterclasses are mainly independent of language - based on their training/hands-on character and our international tutors.
Slots are limited on both days and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
