A Csoportanalitikus és Kiképző Társaság 2020 márciusában kétéves csoportvezetői képzést indít a csoportozás, a csoportanalízis iránt érdeklődők számára. A képzés része 160 óra önismereti sajátélmény csoport és 100 óra csoport elmélet.
Jelentkezési határidő: 2020. január 31.
A képzés beszámítható a csoportanalitikus, a klinikai szakpszichológus és a pszichoterapeuta képzésbe.
Az önismereti csoport és az elmélet külön-külön is választható.
Az önismereti csoportot Lovas Zsuzsa, az elméleti szemináriumot dr. Terenyi Zoltán vezeti.
A képzés formája blokkos, tanévente 5 péntek-szombat illetve egy egynapos képzési alkalom.
A képzés óradíja 2200 Ft/óra.

Az öngyilkosságok megelőzése fontos társadalmi feladat. Ebben kiemelt jelentősége van a módosítható kockázati tényezők (ezen belül a negatív hangulat, a reménytelenség, a negatív gondolkodás) befolyásolásának. Caplan híres definíciója szerint "a krízis olyan helyzet, amikor a személy kénytelen a lélektani egyensúlyát veszélyeztető helyzettel, külső körülményekkel szembenézni, azonban a fennálló helyzetet szokásos problémamegoldó eszközeivel sem megoldani, sem elkerülni nem tudja". A problémamegoldó képességek alacsony szintjét a szuicid veszélyeztetettség kialakulásában számos klinikai vizsgálat igazolta, ezért ezeknek a fejlesztésére nagy hangsúlyt kell fektetni a megelőzésben.
A problémamegoldó tréning olyan hatékony készségfejlesztő módszer, amelyet a kilencvenes évektől kezdődően egyre nagyobb arányban használnak világszerte az egészségügyi ellátás különböző szintjein kiegészítő vagy önálló kognitív pszichoterápiaként a szuicid prevencióban depressziós páciensek, szkizofréniával élők valamint szenvedélybetegek körében.
A problémamegoldó tréning (PMT) strukturált, rövid idő alatt elsajátítható, a szuicid prevencióban elengedhetetlenül fontos. Tematikája könnyen illeszthető a segítő szakemberek már meglévő tudásához. Célja a pszichés probléma hátterében álló problémák felismerése, a problémákhoz való adaptív hozzáállás illetve a problémamegoldó készségek fejlesztése. A PMT egyéni vagy csoportos formában alkalmazható, vizsgálati eredmények szerint háziorvosok, a tréningre képzett szakápolók, szociális munkások, pszichológusok, pszichiáterek hasonló hatékonysággal végzik.
A képzést kiemelten olyan segítő szakembereknek ajánljuk, akik munkájuk során gyakran találkoznak öngyilkosság szempontjából veszélyeztetett személyekkel.
