A SZAB Hypertonia és Nephrologiai Munkabizottsága online megszervezi a Szegedi Nephrologiai Klinikopathológiai Esetbemutatások 39. évfolyamának 6. ülését, melyre tisztelettel meghívjuk.
Három esetet fogunk prezentálni:
1. 51 éves férfi. Bx: 2022.02.28. Vaszkulitiszes bőrtünetek, mikrohematuria, 1,4 g/nap proteinuria, hypokomplementémia, eGFR 45 ml/min/tf. Anamnézisben kezelt HCV-infekció. (klinikum: Dr. Bitó László, szövettan: Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
2. 58 éves nő. Bx: 2022.03.02. Dokumentáltan 2020 október óta csökkenő eGFR, proteinuria 2+ és mikrohematuria. Bx idején eGFR: 29 ml/min/tf., proteinuria: 2-3+. (klinikum: Dr. Légrády Péter, szövettan: Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
3. 74 éves férfi. Bx: 2018.04.10. B-CLL, idült veselégtelenségre rakódott heveny veseelégtelenség. Szérum kreatinin 600 umol/L, eGFR 8 ml/min/tf., proteinuria 1 g/nap, makrohematuria. Bx idején hypertonia 10 éve, 2-es típusú diabetes mellitus 5 éve ismert. (klinikum: Dr. Bitó László, szövettan: Prof. Iványi Béla).

Dear friends and colleagues,
On behalf of the European Association of Dermato-Oncology (EADO) and the World Congress of Skin Cancer/Melanoma Centres, it is our great pleasure and honour to invite you to joint the meeting which will take place in Barcelona, Spain, from November 6th to 9th 2018 at the Palau de Congressos venue in Barcelona.
Barcelona is one of Europe's most important metropolis - the economic, cultural and administrative core of Catalonia, one of the economic drivers of Spain and Southern Europe. You will truly enjoy the combination of a great meeting with the opportunity to discover a very attractive Mediterranean city with big names in the world of art nouveau and contemporary art, like Gaudí, Picasso, Miró and Tàpies, artists who have helped the city gain international acclaim further confirmed and carried forward by professionals in the fields of architecture, design, photography and many other creative disciplines. The Congress venue is well connected to the city centre and the airport, both about 20 minutes away by public transport.
The Organizing Committee is already working enthusiastically on the development of an outstanding and innovative scientific agenda that encompasses all aspects of melanoma and skin cancers -from epidemiology, diagnosis and prevention to the results of the most recent therapeutic trials in advanced tumours. The programme will combine research and new clinical data in the plenary sessions; keynote lectures and symposia together with breakout sessions for the discussion of crucial aspects of the organisation of skin cancer/melanoma centres, access of patients to specific drugs, collaboration with Patients Associations and experiences in different health scenarios in all regions of the world. The meeting will ensure an extraordinary education and networking experience in the field of Dermato-Oncology.
