A SZAB Hypertonia és Nephrologiai Munkabizottsága online megszervezi a Szegedi Nephrologiai Klinikopathológiai Esetbemutatások 40. évfolyamának 5. ülését, melyre tisztelettel meghívjuk.
Három esetet fogunk prezentálni:
1. 70 éves nő. Krónikus veseelégtelenség (szérum kreatinin 247 umol/L, eGFR 16 ml/min/tf), minimális proteinuria (uPCR 10,88 mg/mmol), mikrohematúria, We 100 mm/ó felett. Dohányzik. COPD. 10 éve ismert hipertónia. (referálják: Dr. Bitó László, Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
2. 27 éves nő. Bx előtt 7 évvel mellkasi Hodgkin kór, v. cava superior szindróma. Bx előtt 5 évvel autológ őssejt átültetés. Bx előtt 2 évvel limfocita depléciós Hodgkin-kór. Adcetris–Bendamustin, majd anti-CD20+ifosfamid+carboplatin+etoposide kezelés, majd checkpoint inhibitor terápia. Bx szteroidra nem javuló, idült veseelégtelenségre rakódott heveny veseelégtelenség, TIN gyanúja miatt. (referálják: Dr. Bajcsi Dóra, Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
3. 65 éves férfi. Szérum kreatinin 194 umol/L, eGFR 30 ml/min/tf, proteinuria 4 g/nap, mikrohematúria, üledékben dizmorf vvt-k, szérum albumin 36 g/L. Bx előtt 4 évvel hemolitikus anémia, Bx előtt 4 hónappal szplenektómia. 50 éve dohányzik. 2TD 18 éve, retinopátia nem észlelhető. (referálják: Dr. Bajcsi Dóra, Prof. Iványi Béla).

Esetek:
79 éves férfi. eGFR = 20 ml/min/1,73m2. Proteinuria = 12 g/nap. Plasmasejtes betegség gyanúja miatt csontvelő biopszia történt, malignus betegséget nem igazolt.
43 éves nő. 2020-ban nephrotikus mértékű proteinuria, FSGS tip-lézió igazolódott biopsziával. Suboptimális terápiás válasz, romló vesefunkció miatt rebiopszia.
71 éves nő. Malignus folyamat miatt ALK gátló kezelés, progresszíven romló vesefunkcióval. Gyógyszer elhagyása ellenére is további romlás jelenleg seCreat = 720 μmol/l.

We want to get your attention to the Austrian Symposium on Dialysis Access and Central Venous Catheters which will take place for the 5th time in Vienna 5th-6th of December 2025.
It is an interdisciplinary, multiprofessional meeting where all dialysis-relevant stakeholders (nephrology, shunt surgery, dialysis care, radiology, patients, industry) meet. It is therefore an unprecedented opportunity to get to know state of the art treatment/diagnostic methods as well as innovations on this field.
After all 4 previous symposia were very well received with over 200 participants each, we have decided to continue organizing this meeting. This year, we also decided to open the symposium to more neighboring countries besides Germany, Italy and Switzerland to give more colleagues the opportunity to be part of this meeting as a multiprofessional access platform with excellent international speakers and many training programs. This is one of the very few meetings worldwide offering such masterclasses.

The proven concept of the 2-day conference will be retained: The scientific sessions with lectures by world-renowned experts will take place on the first day (05.12.2025) at the Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Vienna Schönbrunn. On the second day of the congress (December 6, 2025), we will offer several master classes/“hands-on” workshops on various topics, which will take place either in the congress hotel or at the Anatomical Institute of the Medical University of Vienna, as these are courses on human specimens.
To be in Vienna during the Advent season will be even more special due to our venue location next to Schönbrunn allowing visits at the beautiful Christmas market before or after the meeting.
Please be aware that most of the talks on the 1st day are in German (see program), but the workshops and masterclasses are mainly independent of language - based on their training/hands-on character and our international tutors.
Slots are limited on both days and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
