Ez több szakma együttműködését jelenti, melynek során közösen kidolgozott elvekhez tartva magunkat, minden esetben egyénre szabottan kell kiválasztanunk a beteg számára legalkalmasabb onkosebészeti, plasztikai sebészeti megoldást. Ha lehetőség van emlőmegtartó műtétre, vagy azonnali emlő-helyreállításra, jogos igényként merülhet fel a betegben a torzító műtéti megoldások elkerülése.
