Amennyiben a fenti időpontban a közgyűlés nem lenne határozatképes , akkor a szabályok szerint azonos napirenddel újra össze kell hívni. Ennek értelmében a - szükség esetén - megismételt közgyűlést 2012. május 03-án 15 órára hívjuk össze a fenti helyszínre. Ez esetben a határozatképesség a megjelentek létszámától független.
