Felhívom a figyelmét, hogy határozatképtelenség esetén a megismételt közgyűlést ugyanezen a helyen, 2013. május 11-én 8.10 óra időpontban változatlan napirenddel hívom össze. A megismételt közgyűlés, törvényi előírásoknak megfelelően a résztvevők számától függetlenül határozatképes.
