Idén 9. alkalommal kerül megrendezésre a Magyar Alvásdiagnosztikai és Terápiás társaság kongresszusa.
A tematikus előadások ismét az alvásmedicína legfontosabb újdonságai köré szerveződnek:
Az alvászavarokról hajlamosak vagyunk „Pató Pál módjára gondolkodni”, azaz, ráérünk még az orvoshoz fordulással, ráérünk még a megfelelő kezeléssel, hisz ez „csak” alvászavar. Számos tény bizonyítja, hogy rövid távon – kiszámíthatatlan időzítéssel, akár egy éjszaka következményeként - az alvászavarok jelentős következményekkel járnak. Ilyen lehet a szívritmuszavar, az éjszakai stroke, vagy egyéb kardiális következmények.
Hajlamosak vagyunk az alvás rovására egyre nyújtani a nappalunkat. Vajon megtehetjük ezt következmények nélkül? Mik a legfontosabb következményes betegségek? Hogyan gyógyíthatjuk ezeket a kórképeket? Sok és általában megválaszolatlan kérdés, melyekre a kongresszuson megoldásokat keresünk.
Ahol minden eldől és elkezdődik: A háziorvossal találkozik először a beteggel. Mik a kivizsgálásban és gyógykezelésben a háziorvosok lehetőségei? Hogyan működhet hatásosan az együttműködés a háziorvosok és alváscentrumok között?
Ezen kérdések köré kerekasztal-beszélgetést szervezünk.
A tematikus előadások mellett természetesen lehetőség van szabadelőadások és poszterek bejelentésére is
A hagyományokkal szakítva, a kongresszus 1 napos lesz, mivel a szponzorációs lehetőségek jelentős mértékben lecsökkentek. Fontosnak tatjuk azonban, hogy ennek ellenére, a szakmai szempontok messzemenő figyelembevételével (minimális költségek mellett) az alvásmedicína iránt érdeklődők rendszeres időközökkel össze tudjanak jönni, megismerhessék és megismertethessék egymással a szakma újdonságait és a legújabb kutatási eredményeiket.

Dear friends and colleagues,
The 2nd international conference "Food, microbiota and immunity" will take place on June 6-9, 2022 at Prague, Czech Republic. The conference is organized by the Czech Immunological Society and supported by the program "Food for the future" of the Czech Academy of Sciences. The conference venue is situated in the city center, close to the Vltava river.
This will be a small event promoting discussions, networking and transfer of knowledge to a new generation of scientists. It is intended as a friendly meeting of colleagues working in immunology, microbiology, food research and related fields.
Apart from the lectures covering several major links between the immune system, food and microbiota, you can look forward to a poster session, panel discussions and informal social events to facilitate the transfer of scientific ideas.
