Vállsebészeti képzési program 2025 - A 2023-ban elindított vállsebészeti alapozó képzés a váll és könyöksebészeti társaság (MVKE) aktív részvételével és a társaság egyéb oktatási programjai által a vállsebészeti tudásbázis növekszik
- Elindultak/elindulnak az ország sok régiójában a vállambulanciák ezek általában a speciális érdeklődésű kollégák útkeresése nem/ritkán rendszerszintű igény beteljesítése
- Ezeknek az önállóan fejlődő kezdeményezéseknek vannak előnyeik és nehézségeik. Előnyeinek tekinthető a motiváltság, hiszen senki nem kényszeríti a tevékenységet, de a legfőbb hátránya a segítség hiánya.
- Fontos, hogy ezeket a szerveződéseket támogassuk, eligazítsuk a legjobb tudásunk szerint.
- Az elméleti képzés elérhető (mind a rendszeres rendezvényeken, mind az interneten) de a gyakorlati képzés, a felmerülő kérdések gyakorlati elhelyezése a terápiás algoritmusban további fejlesztést igényel.
- 2025-ben ezekre a hiányosságokra koncentrálunk
- Megtartjuk a sikeres 4 alkalom alapozó tréninget 2025-ben a következő témákkal:
- 01.10 Hátsó Instabilitás
- 05.09 Anatómiai Vállprotézis
- 09.05 Rekonstruálhatatlan ROK szakadás (BALATONFÜRED)
- 11.14 Proximális Humerus Törések
- INTRODUCTION WEEK -1 hét velünk
- Intenzív, kitartást igénylő 1 hét csak felkészülteknek. Ebben a havi maximum 1 hétben 1 fő oktatása a cél. A kiválasztott betekintést nyer a Vállcentrum orvosainak normál tevékenységébe, mindennapjaiba. Itt lehetőség nyílik a megtanult/vélt információkat pontosítani, gyakorlati köntösbe öltöztetni. Hiszen a kongresszuson hallott eredmények nem teljesen fedik a valóságot. Azért fontos a felkészültség, mert rengeteg információ kiesik, ha nincs milyen tudásbázishoz kötni, a rendszerezésen van a hangsúly! 1 hét után garantáltan zsongó fejjel távozik a hallgató, de miután a tudás leülepedett ismét visszatérhet egy csiszolásra. 1 főnek 2 hetet tervezünk minimum 3 hónap különbséggel.

- HOZD A BETEGED PROGRAM – Te hozod mi segítünk
- Ezzel a programmal azokat a kollégákat szeretnénk segíteni, akiknek nincs segítségük a gyakorlati tudás megszerzésében. Jó alapokkal rendelkeznek, a betegválogatás pontos, a diagnózisok rendben, de a megvalósításban akadályba ütköznek. Technikai vagy humán erőforrás hiányosság is vezethet rosszul kivitelezett műtéthez.
- A kiválasztott kolléga a saját praxisából hoz számára nehezen kivitelezhető betegeket, akit a Szent Magdolna Magánkórházban/ Zirci 1 napos sebészeten a Vállcentrum munkatársai segítségével operálhat
- 3-4 műtét 1 napra – 1 napos Arthroscopos Műtét
- 2 implant nélküli – ASD? Release, AC rezekció, Deposit
- 2 implant igényű – ROK varrat, Instabilitás
- Havi 1-2 alkalom / megbeszélés szerint

- FELLOWSHIP – 12 hónap hands on oktatás, jövőképpel
- A külföldi példákhoz hasonlóan az ortopéd-traumatológus képzése végén lévő kolléga, specializálódik. Ez egy 1 éves teljes körű hands on képzés ahol a kiválasztott nemcsak látja de önállóan végzi is a Vállsebészeti rendeséseket, beavatkozásokat, kutatási projektet vezet. A jelenlegi adottságaink miatt szakvizsgás önálló munkavégzésre képes alkalmas kollégát keresünk (későbbiekben változhat). Ehhez a képzéshez a cégek általi támogatásokat a képzés anyagigényére fordítjuk, így fizetést és szállást nem tudunk biztosítani a jelentkezőnek. Az elfoglaltság átlagosan heti 3.5 napot vesz igénybe hétköznapokon. Az egy év végén önálló vállsebészeti tevékenységre alkalmas tudást szerez a hallgató. Arthroscopos ellátások mellett, feltárásos műtéteket is önállóan el tud végezni
- Asszisztálás kb. 400 műtétben (több helyszínen)
- Saját listás műtétek kb. 80 - önálló végzése segítséggel
- Beteg review/audit tartása
- Aktív részvétel a továbbképzésben

It is our pleasure to invite you to the Brno Flap Dissection Course 2025, taking place from September 20–23, 2025, in Brno, Czech Republic.
This year’s course will feature an outstanding faculty of internationally renowned experts in reconstructive microsurgery:- J.P. Hong (South Korea)
- Marco Innocenti (Italy)
- Bohdan Pomahač (USA)
- Jian Farhadi (UK/Switzerland)
Their expertise covers head, neck, and facial reconstruction, breast and extremity reconstruction—including orthoplastic procedures—and robotic microsurgery. This is a unique opportunity to learn directly from some of the most respected leaders in the field.
The course opens on Saturday, September 20, with a Mini-Symposium, where all four guest speakers will deliver keynote lectures.
The course program includes:- Three days of cadaveric dissections covering both basic and advanced flap techniques
- Hands-on training in pairs, under the guidance of expert faculty
- A workshop on preoperative planning and diagnostics for perforator flaps
- A microvascular anastomosis workshop – including robot-assisted training on animal models
A special highlight of the course will be a live demonstration of facial transplant harvest techniques by Professor Pomahač.
You can also look forward to a social program set in the relaxed and vibrant atmosphere of Brno, offering great opportunities for informal networking.
