2014. április 12. napján szombaton 11 órakor a fiumei úti Nemzeti Sirkert Panteonjában Korányi Sándor sírjánál megemlékezést tartunk.
A megemlékezésen beszédek hangzanak el a Magyar Nephrologiai Társaság (MANET) nevében ("Korányi Sándor a nephrologus"), illetve a Korányi Társaság nevében ("Korányi Sándor a belgyógyász").
A megemlékezésre mindenkit szeretettel várunk!
A megemlékezést a Magyar Nephrologiai Társaság (MANET) kezdeményezte azzal a céllal, hogy hagyományt teremtsenek, és Korányi Sándor halálának évfordulóján minden évben megtartsák a Magyar Nephrológia Emléknapját.
„Ezért vagyunk mi most itt valamennyien, hogy hódoljunk Korányi Sándor, a kiváló orvos és nagyszerű ember emlékének.”

Stroke has become a major challenge for health policy and for medicine and is now the second most
common cause of death world-wide. A continuing rise of incidence rates in Asia and other regions of the world has made stroke a global problem that can only be tackled with a global strategy.
Scientific sessions will cover all aspects of stroke, including basic research, clinical applications, recovery and rehabilitation. We welcome all medical doctors and other professionals from all over the world to join this discussion and become part of a world-wide network of collaboration against stroke.

The full program is now available for the CPOCT 22nd International Symposium being held September 17-20, 2008 in Barcelona, Spain. The conference will examine issues of patient safety and outcomes, cost containment, testing for special populations, infectious disease testing, and emerging technology. Keynote speaker Dr. Larry Kricka from the University of Pennsylvania joins an international faculty to discuss the role of POCT in reducing medical errors and improving patient well being.
The symposium is sponsored by the AACC CPOCT Division in cooperation with IFCC and Spanish societies SEQC, AEBM, and AEFA.
