Ha a KÖZGYŰLÉSEN megjelent MÉBOT tagok száma nem éri el az 50%+1 főt, akkor a közgyűlés határozatképtelen. Ebben az esetben a KÖZGYŰLÉS következő időpontja 2014. 03. 01. 13:30 óra, melynek időpontjában a tagok létszámától függetlenül határozatképes a Közgyűlés

Tízből kilenc magyar D-vitamin hiányos
Az első országos, reprezentatív D-vitamin-szint mérő kutatás eredményei szerint tél végére a magyar lakosság 95 százaléka D-vitamin hiányos, ami számos egészségügyi kockázattal jár. Orvosszakmai szervezetek erre a problémára és a D-vitamin pótlásának fontosságára szeretnék felhívni a figyelmet. Különösen nagy jelentősége van ennek az őszi-téli hónapokban.
Szakmai szervezetek a III. D-vitamin Nap keretei között publikálják a II. D-vitamin Konszenzust, kiemelt figyelmet fordítva a kisgyermekkori helyes táplálásra, a megfelelő kalciumszint jelentőségére. A Magyar Osteoporosis és Osteoarthrológiai Társaság (MOOT) által kezdeményezett D-vitamin Napon idén a Bossányi Ada Díj megalapítását is bejelentik.
A szakmai tájékoztatóval egybekötött sajtó-háttérbeszélgetésre 2014. február 25-én, kedden 13:00 órakor kerül sor, amelyre szeretettel hívjuk és várjuk a sajtó képviselőit a Hotel Palazzo Zichyben (1088, Budapest, Lőrinc pap tér 2.)
