A Magyar Nőorvos Társaság Cervixpathológiai Szekciója 2015. február 6 - 7-én, tudományos és továbbképző ülést szervez. Széles fórumot szeretnénk biztosítani, a továbbképzés feladatait is felvállalva a nőgyógyászati onkológiai legújabb eredményeinek bemutatására és olyan aktuális problémák megvitatására, mint a méhnyakszűrés jelenlegi helyzete és megújításának lehetőségei.
A kongresszus szakmai hátterét és szervezését a Magyar Nőorvos Társaság Cervixpathológiai Szekciója biztosítja Prof. Dr. Hernádi Zoltán a Cervixpathológiai Szekció elnöke irányításával, a helyi előkészítő munkát a vezetőség tagja dr. Kiss Miklós főorvos segíti. A New Instant kongresszusi iroda végzi a technikai lebonyolítást, előző rendezvényeinkhez hasonlóan immár hatodik alkalommal.

A TUDOMÁNYOS TOVÁBBKÉPZŐ ÜLÉS FŐ TÉMÁI
- A méhnyakszűrés hazai helyzete és megújításának lehetőségei: védőnői szűrés; a HPV teszt bevezetésének lehetősége a primér szűrésbe az európai és hazai szabályozással összhangban.
- Kötelezően felajánlandó HPV vakcináció az iskolaorvosok által – a nőgyógyász kapcsolódó feladatai, együttműködési lehetőségei.
- A kötelezően felajánlandó HPV vakcináció által lefedett populáción túli korosztályok vakcinációja
- Multidiszciplináris fórum az ANTSz, a gyártók, a finanszírozó, a betegfórumok és a szolgáltatók részvételével a vakcináltak körének szélesítése érdekében.
- A nőgyógyászati onkológiai innováció legújabb diagnosztikai és terápiás eredményei.
- A méhnyakszűrés teljesítményének javítása: az álnegatív és álpozitív leletek arányának csökkentési lehetőségei
- Humán papilloma víruskutatások „up to date 2015” Mit látunk másképp, mint pár évvel korábban?
- Hazai onkológiai „státusz” a statisztikai adatok tükrében: morbiditási és mortalitási adatok, a méhnyakrák és egyéb nőgyógyászati malignómák valamint rákmegelőző elváltozásaik jelenlegi epidemiológiai jellemzői.
- A HPV/cytológiai/pathológiai diagnosztika újabb lehetőségei a szenzitivitás és specificitás valamint a prediktív érték javításának újabb útjai, minőségbiztosítás.
- A HPV infekciók jelentősége immundeprimált betegeknél: szervtranszplantáltak, AIDS betegek
- A HPV infekciók és klinikai manifesztációik terápiás lehetőségei
- A célzott terápia jelentőségének és körének bővülése nőgyógyászati daganatokban.
- A krónikus genitális infekció – STD - onkológiai jelentősége.
- Hormonális fogamzásgátlás és HRT lehetőségei onkológiai betegek körében.
- Nőgyógyászati daganatok multimodális terápiája – a műtétes, sugár és gyógyszeres kezelés és azok optimális kombinálása
- Nőgyógyászati onkológiai betegek szupportív terápiája (antiemetikus -, haemopoetikus terápia, gyógytápszerek, táplálék kiegészítők)
