Kedves Kollégák!
Jövő év februárjában különleges jubileumhoz érkezünk. Az év kezdetén immáron 25. alkalommal rendezzük meg a Gasztroenterológiai Továbbképző Tanfolyamot, amely a Magyar Gasztroenterológiai Társaság évi nagygyűlése mellett a hazai gasztroenterológiai közélet legjelentősebb eseménye. A továbbképző tanfolyamnak az a célja, hogy új, átfogó ismereteket mutasson be a résztvevőknek, szimpóziumokon és kerekasztal-konferenciákon kristályosodjanak ki álláspontok, amelyek a mindennapi gyakorlatban mindannyiunk számára segítséget nyújthatnak. Az elmúlt negyed században belgyógyászok, gasztroenterológusok, sebészek, háziorvosok, gyerekgyógyászok sokasága szólt elismerően a kongresszuson hallottakról és mindannyian úgy értékelték, hogy számukra ez a találkozó rendkívül hasznos ismeretekkel jár. Ez nem csak annak köszönhető, hogy a kongresszus szervezői a legújabb témákat tűzik napirendre, hanem azok kritikáját és ellentmondásait is bemutatják a hallgatóságnak. A kongresszus programja naprakészen tárja a hallgatóság elé az emésztőrendszeri betegségekkel foglalkozó tudomány legforrongóbb kérdéseit.
Az összefoglaló előadások után minden esetben mód van arra, hogy a hallgatósággal élénk eszmecsere alakuljon ki és a mindennapi gyakorlat és az elvi ismeretek konszenzusa megvalósuljon. A kongresszuson más összejövetelekkel ellentétben nem az egyéni kutatások eredményei jelennek meg, hanem olyan összefoglalók, amelyek távlatosan mutatják be a szakma jelenlegi állását. A kongresszus nagy értéke az, hogy az előadók a hazai gasztroenterológiai közélet legjelesebb képviselői közül kerülnek ki.
A 2025. január 29. és február 1. között megrendezésre kerülő kongresszus a 25 éves jubileum miatt különösen nagy jelentőségű, ünnepélyes külsőségekkel is bizonyítja a szakma fontosságát és ismét felvonultatja a gasztroenterológia legfontosabb kérdéseit és az emésztőrendszer betegségeivel foglalkozó legkiválóbb hazai kollégákat.

A Magyar Neuroradiológiai Társaság szervezésében A sclerosis multiplex neuroradiológiája címmel tanfolyamot tartunk 2025. január 30-án 9 órai kezdettel.
A bevezető áttekintést Komoly Sámuel professzor úr (professor emeritus, PTE) adja, majd a betegség alapvető klinikai diagnosztikáját és differenciál diagnosztikáját, illetve kezelését a Semmelweis Egyetem Neurológiai Klinika Neuroimmunológiai Munkacsoport munkatársai tárgyalják.
Az MR diagnosztika legfrissebb irányelveit, a képalkotó differenciál diagnosztika problémáit, a látópálya és a gerincvelő képalkotás kérdéseit a Semmelweis Egyetem Orvosi Képalkotó Klinika Neuroradiológiai Tanszék munkatársai mutatják be, majd 2 órában szokványos, tanulságos és különleges esetek következnek.
A tanfolyamot kérdések-válaszok panellel és tesztvizsgával zárjuk.
A helyszín a SE Neurológiai és Pszichiátriai Klinika tanterme (Budapest VIII. Balassa utca 6.).
A tanfolyamot OFTEX-en a radiológus, neuroradiológus, neurológus, pszichiáter, idegsebész szakorvosjelöltek, szakorvosok és minden más érdeklődő számára SE-SZTOK/2025.I./00114 jelzéssel hirdettük meg. Pontos órarendet és jelentkezési lehetőséget is ott találnak.

Minimally Invasive Thyroid Treatments (MITT) are increasingly applied in the clinical practice all over Europe for the treatment for benign and malignant thyroid diseases.
The MITT group has been founded in 2018 in Italy, to promote multidisciplinary partnership among physicians with different expertise who share the interest in MITT and to improve the clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic management of benign and malignant thyroid and parathyroid glands diseases.
During the 2024 MITT meeting, the present guidelines on both benign and malignant thyroid disease management will be presented, and the most widely used techniques for ablation will be presented by renowned experts in the field. Also, the most updated evidence on the application of MITT in benign thyroid nodules, autonomously functioning thyroid nodules, and malignant tumours will be illustrated.
Furthermore, a series of real-life clinical cases will be presented and discussed between the expert panel and the participants.
During the second day, the organization of a thyroid ablation clinical practice will be discussed, with particular focus on preoperative and postoperative patients’ management, possible type of anaesthesia, with the discussion of a video-recorded treatment.
In the end, a series of “hot topics” on minimally invasive treatments of the thyroid will be presented and discussed with the participants, including treatment of parathyroid adenomas, complications of MITT and their management, and the problem of nodule regrowth.
Hands-on workshops will also be available at the end of the meeting for those who will want to try the different available technologies and techniques on dedicated phantoms.
