A Pszichodinamikus Mozgás- és Táncterápia (PMTT) önismereti és terápiás módszer, amely a mozgásimprovizációban, táncban rejlő alkotó és gyógyító lehetőségeket összekapcsolja a pszichoanalitikusan orientált csoportterápia eszközeivel.
A PMTT alapja a testi érzések felszínre hozása, a testtudati munka. Ezen a bázison végzünk egyéni, páros vagy csoportos mozgásimprovizációt. A pszichodinamikus módszer lényeges önismereti eszköze a mozgásos élmények megbeszélése is. A csoport résztvevőitől semmiféle mozgásos, táncos előképzettséget nem igényel.

On this occasion, the Polish Psychiatric Association will lead, together with the World Psychiatric Association this Thematic Conference. Without question, this conference will not only permit you/us to visit Warsaw and enjoy the beauty of this city, but also will offer the opportunity to learn and offer new approaches in the care of the mentally ill persons we all treat on a daily basis.
