Fő témák:
A végállapotú beteg érsebészeti ellátásának jogi és etikai kérdései
Magas korú, rossz általános állapotú, esetleg daganatos kórképekben szenvedő, rossz életkilátású beteg életet fenyegető, vagy végtagot veszélyeztető állapotában hozható terápiás döntések jogi és etikai vonatkozásairól tervezünk kerekasztal beszélgetést, rövid referátumokkal és vitával. A kérdéskör jogi és orvos etikai problémáit vetnénk fel a jog, az etika és a klinikum szemszögéből. Példaként említhető kérdések:
- A beteg mikor és hogyan utasíthatja el a beavatkozást?
- Vitális indikációt képző érsebészeti beavatkozás esetén tudatánál lévő beteg milyen formában nyilatkozhat a kezelés elutasításáról?
- A beteg tudatának elvesztését követően hogyan kell és lehet figyelembe venni az elutasító nyilatkozatot?
- Milyen mérlegelési lehetőségei vannak a beteget ellátó érsebésznek, ha vitális indikációval, vagy végtagmentés céljából meg kellene operálnia a beteget, de a súlyos kísérő betegségek miatt a beteg életkilátásai rövidtávon is igen rosszak?
- Van-e olyan helyzet, amikor az érsebésznek módja van, akár humánus okból, a beavatkozástól eltekinteni?
- Sürgős végtagi amputáció, kritikus állapotú betegnél, aki nincs tudatánál, előzetes beleegyezés nélkül elvégezhető-e? Kell-e a család beleegyezése?
- Milyen jogi és etikai követelmények vannak az orvossal szemben kritikus állapotú érsebészeti beteg ellátáskor?
- Milyen gyakori jogi és etikai hibák említhetőek meg?
- Összeállítható-e olyan klinikai paramétereken alapuló, objektív protokoll, vagy score rendszer, mely alapján eltekinthetünk a beteg aktív érsebészeti ellátásától?

Course aims
1 . To educate dermatovenereologists on all aspects of Commercial Sex Work(CSW).
2. To demonstrate the influence of sexually transmitted infections (STI) on CSWs and if not prevented into wider Society.
3. To demonstrate the role of prostitution and the role played by dermatovenereologists in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of STIs.
4. To illustrate the multifactorial social and economic causes of CSW at present times influencing STIs /CSW in Europe .
5. To appreciate the different legal systems and social models and their role on CSWs.
6. To appreciate that technical progress via the media and the web has influence in attitudes to CSW but also in education for prevention of STIs in both CSWs and their clients.
7. Resistance of antibiotics to some STIs (e.g. gonorrhoea). STI prevention (including mother to child)

Overview
The ESDR Academy for Future Leaders in Dermatology has been held annually since 2011 and brings together around 25 of the most promising young skin scientists with established leaders in the field for a 3-day event. Mixing scientific exchange, career advice and mentoring, the Academy provides an essential platform for young, motivated scientists to move forward in their careers.
Objectives
The goal of this initiative is to encourage young gifted dermatologists to further pursue their academic careers through guidance and mentoring of established scientists in the field. Besides scientific sessions, there is a strong emphasis on encouraging young people to network and to exchange ideas. The Academy is an excellent opportunity for sponsoring companies to establish strong professional relationships with the next generation of leaders in dermatology.
General Information
The program is primarily open to European residents currently engaged in all areas of skin-related research (MD, PhD, Post-Doc, Resident etc). A limited number of places will be made available for participants residing outside Europe. Participants should be 40 years old or under by 1 November 2019. Exceptions may be made for career breaks, maternity/paternity leave etc.
Applications are reviewed on scientific merit by the ESDR Future Leaders Committee.
ESDR covers accommodation costs for all participants and travel costs for ESDR members. If you are not a member you may apply prior to the Academy. Participants must commit to staying for the entire duration of the Academy and should travel alone. All participants give oral presentations of their work and be expected to attend mentoring events. Past participants are not eligble for consideration. |
