A kézsebészet iránt érdeklődőknek ajánljuk hajlítóín varrattechnikák GYAKORLATI elsajátítását célzó tanfolyamunkat - „Hajlító- és feszítőínsérülések ellátási stratégiái a kézen és varrattechnika gyakorlati kurzus”. A tanfolyam során résztvevőink az elméleti képzés anyagát hajlító/feszítőín modellen gyakorolhatják. A tanfolyam során az elméleti képzés magába foglalja: A kéz hajlítóínrendszerének anatómiáját, sérüléseit, a hajlítóínvarrat típusokat , a hajlítóinvarratok biomechanikáját, locking/non-locking technikákat, a primer ínvarratok indikációit, a gyűrűszalagok szerepét a hajlítóínsérülésekben, a hajlítóínsérülések ellátását a Verdan zónák alapján, a gyermekkori hajlítóínsérüléseket, szövődménylehetőségeket, a halasztott hajlítóín ellátás indikációit és technikáit. Az extensorapparátus anatómiáját, sérüléseit, az ínvarratok típusait, ellátási stratégiákat a Verdan-zónák alapján. A gyakorlati képzés során minden részvevő saját felnőtt illetve gyermek hajlítóín modellen gyakorolhatja a különböző típusú magöltéseket (Locking Kessler/Pennington), epitendinosus öltéseket(egyszerű/Silfverskjiold), illetve az extensorapparátus varrattechnikáit.

Overview
The ESDR Academy for Future Leaders in Dermatology has been held annually since 2011 and brings together 25 of the most promising young skin scientists with established leaders in the field for a 2.5 day event. Mixing scientific exchange, career advice and mentoring, the Academy provides an essential platform for young, motivated scientists to move forward in their careers.
Objectives
The goal of this initiative is to encourage young gifted dermatologists to further pursue their academic careers through guidance and mentoring of established scientists in the field. Besides scientific sessions, there is a strong emphasis on encouraging young people to network and to exchange ideas. The Academy is an excellent opportunity for sponsoring companies to establish strong professional relationships with the next generation of leaders in dermatology.
Applications are reviewed on scientific merit by the ESDR Scientific Program Committee.
General Information
The program is open to those residing in Europe or those with a European passport currently studying/working outside Europe who have the intention to relocate to Europe within 6 months of the end of the Academy Participants must be 40 years old or under by 1 November 2017.
Exceptions may be made for career breaks, maternity/paternity leave etc ESDR covers accommodation costs for all participants and travel costs for ESDR members. If you are not a member you may apply prior to the Academy Participants must committ to staying for the entire duration of the Academy and should travel alone All participants give oral presentations of their work and be expected to attend mentoring events Past participants are not eligble for consideration,

Minimally Invasive Thyroid Treatments (MITT) are increasingly applied in the clinical practice all over Europe for the treatment for benign and malignant thyroid diseases.
The MITT group has been founded in 2018 in Italy, to promote multidisciplinary partnership among physicians with different expertise who share the interest in MITT and to improve the clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic management of benign and malignant thyroid and parathyroid glands diseases.
During the 2024 MITT meeting, the present guidelines on both benign and malignant thyroid disease management will be presented, and the most widely used techniques for ablation will be presented by renowned experts in the field. Also, the most updated evidence on the application of MITT in benign thyroid nodules, autonomously functioning thyroid nodules, and malignant tumours will be illustrated.
Furthermore, a series of real-life clinical cases will be presented and discussed between the expert panel and the participants.
During the second day, the organization of a thyroid ablation clinical practice will be discussed, with particular focus on preoperative and postoperative patients’ management, possible type of anaesthesia, with the discussion of a video-recorded treatment.
In the end, a series of “hot topics” on minimally invasive treatments of the thyroid will be presented and discussed with the participants, including treatment of parathyroid adenomas, complications of MITT and their management, and the problem of nodule regrowth.
Hands-on workshops will also be available at the end of the meeting for those who will want to try the different available technologies and techniques on dedicated phantoms.
