Két napos, rezidenseknek, aneszteziológusoknak szóló akkreditált tanfolyam. A tanfolyam maximális létszáma 60 fő.

A tanfolyam célja, hogy hallgatóink megismerkedjenek az - országban egyre terjedő, de nyugati szomszédjainkhoz képest még jelentős lemaradást mutató - ultrahang működésével, aneszteziológiai-intenzív terápiás használatával.
A szakorvos képzésbe bekerült ultrahang alapismereti tanfolyam folytatásaként haladó tanfolyamunk felöleli az ultrahang készülék haladó beállításait, az archiválást, áttekintést ad a részletesebb regionális anesztéziai felhasználási lehetőségektől az intenzív terápiás mellkasi-, hasi ágymelletti diagnosztikáig, a TCD, a haladó érkanülálási technikáktól a bonyolultabb kardiológiai vizsgálatokig.
A tanfolyamon modelleken mutatjuk be az UH gyakorlati alkalmazását és a régiók szerinti képalkotás lehetőségeit, buktatóit elismert, az adott részterületen jelentős tapasztalatot szerzett oktatóink segítségével. Az igényeknek megfelelően a tanfolyam két napos, hogy lehetőséget adjunk „hands-on trainingre”.

A tanfolyam elvégzéséről minden sikeres tesztet írt résztvevőnek igazolást állítunk ki.

Kedves Kollégák! Sok szeretettel hívjuk és várjuk Önöket a Háziorvosok Online Szervezetének II. Országos Konferenciájára, mely Herceghalmon az ABACUS Business & Wellness Hotelben kerül megrendezésre 2019. október 25-én és 26-án.

A tavalyi első, Kecskeméten megrendezésre kerülő konferenciánkon tapasztalt érdeklődésnek, pozitív visszajelzéseknek, támogató és bátorító szavaknak köszönhetően úgy döntöttünk, hogy folytatjuk a munkát, elkezdjük II. országos rendezvényünk előkészületeit, melyet idén Herceghalmon fogunk megtartani.

Szakmánk jövőjét továbbra is baljós jelek árnyékolják be, számos megoldatlan kérdés veszélyezteti az alapellátás megújulását. A HAOSZ továbbra is elkötelezett támogatója az alapellátás megreformálásának, hiszünk a változás szükségességében, hiszünk az egységes álláspont képviseletének jelentőségében.

Mindezek szellemében szeretettel várjuk Önöket idén is Herceghalmon, hiszen diszkusszióra alapot adó témában idén sem fogunk szűkölködni. A praxisközösségek hosszú távú sorsa továbbra is rendezetlen, 2018. év végén megszületett egy Kormányhatározat az alapellátás szakpolitikai programjáról, melynek részleteit egyenlőre bizonytalanság övezi, a kollegiális vezetői rendszer jövőjével kapcsolatban továbbra is kérdések sokasága fogalmazódik meg Mindnyájunkban, a praxisjog intézményének megreformálása továbbra is igényként jelentkezik a szakma részéről. A hatályban lévő új típusú törzskarton kitöltésének módszertana továbbra sem tisztázott. Kiragadott konkrétumok ezek csupán, a megannyi választ igénylő, az alapellátás jövőjét részletező kérdésből.

Az alapellátó orvosok részére rendezett konferenciák profiljától eltérően rendezvényünkön kiemelt figyelmet szeretnénk szentelni ezeknek a kérdéseknek a megválaszolására, s ha rajtunk kívül álló tényezők miatt megoldást nem is, széles szakmai konszenzuson alapuló megoldási javaslatokat megfogalmazhatunk a döntéshozók részére. A HAOSZ továbbra is fontosnak érzi, hogy az alapellátásban a forrásbevonáson túl minőségi változás is bekövetkezzen, így Herceghalmon is a minőségi változás alapvető feltételeinek, az innovatív megoldások megjelenésének, az innovatív háziorvos klub bemutatkozásának, valamint a kiterjesztett alapellátói kompetenciák kérdésének is nagy hangsúlyt szánunk. Kiemelt jelentőséggel bír, hogy az előttünk álló változásokról első kézből értesüljünk, így az alapellátás szakmai és szakmapolitikai szereplőivel kerekasztal beszélgetést tervezünk, melyet követően moderált keretek között a hallgatóság részéről is elhangozhatnak a közös jövőnket érintő kérdések.

Természetesen egy háziorvosi konferencia orvos szakmai előadások nélkül nem lenne egész, így a megszokott promóciós célzatú előadásoktól ugyan kissé eltérő mértékben, ugyanakkor az adott előadás gyakorlati aspektusait kidomborítva mindezeknek mi is teret adunk. A rendezvény a regisztrált kollégák részére akkreditált. Az egyes előadásokat a gyakorlati munkánk során használható praktikummal kötjük össze. Részletes programtervvel hamarosan jelentkezünk, az előadóinkkal történő egyeztetések folyamatban vannak.

It has been more than 2 years ago since the World Congress of the IACD was planned to happen in my hometown Dresden, Germany, also known as  Florence on the Elbe River. Many efforts had been made and a programme of high scientific impact was created with the support of ICAD and many colleagues from all over the world. But with early spring 2020, the first wave of SARS-CoV-2-pandemic hit Europe, and the lockdown spread. While we hoped to have the congress in 2021, other waves of the pandemic made it not happen. Nevertheless, the spirit of the World Congresses of IACD has never been lost. With the new location on the Isle of Malta and the leadership of distinguished ​colleague Joseph Pace, who chaired the inaugural IACD Malta Congress in 1999​, and his crew, the dreams ​will surely ​come true. We all hope to celebrate Cosmetic Dermatology again and continue the long line of successful and memorable events. Friendship, science, and social life will find a new start under the Mediterranean sun. It has become more important than ever that people of many different countries meet in a peaceful way to exchange ideas and experiences. Congratulations to the scientific committee for a superb programme. I wish – and I am sure it will happen – a most successful congress.

This will indeed be a Congress with a difference, impacted in various ways by both the Covid pandemic and even more worryingly the terrible events in Eastern Europe. Our solidarity, our love, and our prayers go to the brave people of Ukraine in their time of suffering when they were put to the test and not found wanting. We also keep in mind all those who lost their lives, most on the principle of love of their country, but many others used as cannon fodder, without knowing why they were at war.

Together with my marvellous team, we have worked hard to address the seemingly endless logistical problems that have arisen, most of which have been successfully negotiated, with us finally being in the position to make the website active this very week. We have, together with Uwe Wollina, agreed to utilise the core scientific programme prepared in such detail for the Dresden meeting ( see the invitation to Dresden speakers) for which we are most grateful. We will continue our efforts to enable our profession to recover from the adversity of the last two years and resume the personal exchange of medical advances and science, as well as the camaraderie that has been the hallmark of IACD meetings since 1999. With your active participation and support, we hope not to be found wanting! In this situation, flexibility has to be the order of the day as events unfold here, there, and everywhere. This applies to the scientific programme in particular and this will be finalised later once final confirmations have been received.
